Today was such a long day. Thank God senior year is almost over. I have three more days until graduation. I can't wait. I just got home from going to the gym with Alice. I hate working out, but I love going to the gym. The reason why? The gym has the hottest guys and it makes it so much easier to work out. Instead of paying attention to the pain I'm putting myself through I love to watch all the hot guys work out.
As I pulled into the driveway I saw that my father's police cruiser sitting in the driveway too. Which was odd, because Charlie's the police chief in our small town of Forks, and he's usually not home until at least six, and it was four o'clock. I gathered my gym bag and went inside.
"Dad?" I called out.
"In the kitchen!" He yelled back.
I went into the kitchen and saw a Greek flag hung up on the cabinets and all these pamphlets spread across the table. They had the logo of EF tours on them.
"Dad, what's going on?"
"Well I know how much you wanted to go on that Greece trip with your school and Alice, but I told you we couldn't afford it, but Bella, I'm so proud of you. You're going to Georgetown next fall, and you've always been such a hard worker, and a good kid. Your mother and I saved up and this is our graduation present to you."
I stood there shocked, I couldn't believe it.
Then I went running to Charlie and started hugging him.
"Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!" I kept yelling.
There will be more to come, but i've gotta write an english paper on waiting for godot ;)
