Author's Notes: I don't own iCarly. Yay! My first Spam fic! I'm surprised it took me this long to write for one of my favorite pairings. :D Anyway, the idea for this fic came from roxymoron101 (LiveJournal).

The allergy "medicine" that doctor gave me has weird side effects. However, there is one side effect he forgot to mention…

"Carly," I say.

"Yes?" My little sister responds.

"Where's Sam?"

"She went back home, why?"

"There's something the doctor forgot to-" I cut myself off, realizing that's not something to share with your little sister. "Nevermind."

"Spencer," Carly looks at me concerned and confused. "Is this another one of your allergy medicine side effects?"

"Wh-wh-what do you mean?" I'm worried she's going to figure out that I have urges towards Sam…

I have to do something before she figures it out. I'll ask out Ms. Ackerman again. That's it. I'll have my focus completely somewhere else then.

"Asking random questions and having random reasons?"

Oh, good, she didn't figure it out. I sigh with relief.

"Uh, yeah, let's go with that. And, where does Sam live again?"

Carly gives me a weird look, but gives me the address anyway.

"I'll be right back," I leave out the door.

I can feel Carly staying there staring at me with confusion.

I quickly go into the car and drive to Sam's house.

I knock on the door.

"Who is it?!" Sam yells.

"It's Spencer," I respond.

I hear her walking down the stairs and opens the door. Suddenly, her face lights up. "Hi Spencer. Come on in."

I walk in. Her house isn't exactly how I pictured it… it's cleaner.

"Who is it?!" her mom yells.

"It's one of my friends, mom!" Sam yells back.

"Oh," her mom says, slightly disappointed. "Nevermind then!"

With a confused face, Sam walks me upstairs.

"Oh no," I say. "Are we going into your room?"

"Hey," Sam replies. "It's not that messy."

I walk into her room, and she sits down on the bed. She points to the spot beside her, wanting me to sit there.

"You want me to s-sit on your b-bed?"

"Yeah," Sam instructs condescending. "That's what this motion means." She points to the spot beside her again.

"Uh-okay," I slowly sit down beside her.

Oh no, the bed. Beside Sam, it's all too much. I can't believe I've held it in for this long.

"So, why are you here?"

"Uh, just wanted to see my sister's best friend."

"No, really," she's obviously not convinced.

"Weeell," I say. "There is one side effect the doctor forgot to mention…"

"Oh no, what is it? Please tell me you don't have chicken po-"

I come closer to her. I can't hold it in any longer…

"Spencer, what are you doing?" She looks down, not believing her eyes. "Sp-Sp-Spencer, what is this? SPENCER! Ahhh!"

Several minutes later…

"Sam, I'm sorry," I say, standing up and pulling up her pants.

"I just can't believe it!" Sam replies. "Of all the things that medicine could do. Of all the possible horrible, sickening things, that had to be one of them?"

"I'm sorry," I repeat. "Don't blame me, blame the doctor."

After a few short seconds of silence, Sam says, "I won't tell anybody if you won't."

I put my hand up and promise. "You know what I'm urged to do now?"

"I think so," she puts out her lips and I put my lips on hers.

End Notes: It probably wasn't the best Spam fic you've read, I know. But I always like challenges. ;)
