I can hear your heart-beat
To the rhythm of life
Loud and clear and vibrant
And pure.
It's filled with Joy and Hope
And Patience and Faith and Desire
But there's a catch in its sound,
A small beat that makes the other rhythms falter.
It is Hurt.
I can hear the pain in your heart
Crashing like symbols out of tune
To the song of Life inside
And it takes its toll on you,
And you're unable to hear the other beats...
Unable to hear Me.
My friend, I know what causes the pain in your heart,
But that is why I've been placing new beats within it,
Such as Strength and Comfort
And most of all Love, the strongest sound that keeps the heart going.
But the Hurt you feel tries to distract you from hearing those sounds,
So that your heart grows heavy, the beat slowing down
Until you wish its song would just end.
But the Love I give is more stronger than any pain!
Seek the sound of My voice, to fill your heart with Peace
So that the Hurt fades away, not the song.
For pain is temporary. Pain can be healed.
And Pain goes away.
There will be hard times in your life, but do not fear!
For I have given you Strength to endure,
Hope to carry on,
Faith to stand firm,
Desire to seek goodness,
Patience to handle any situation calmly,
Comfort to stand back up,
And Love, which is the ultimate power
That brings the beats of the hearts together in perfect symphony.
And Love is what shall remain.
The world is a cold place, but seek My love and you shall find warmth.
Do not be afraid, anymore.
Please don't cry, anymore.
For I am with you,
I will always give you Love,
And My Love is everlasting.
