Hey writers! I have some prompts that I figure you guys could have some fun with.
Prompt 1: There is a threat to the castle and/or Prince Arthur. This threat knows that the only way to defeat Arthur is to get at his protector. However, the only info they have on this mysterious protector is that he is the Kings manservant. What I'm seeing for this is basically George being mistaken for Merlin as the protector/ saviour of the castle- and any and all hilarity that ensues. Meant to be humour, can be a crack fic. Could be very interesting with a fem!Merlin. (I can see it now... "Man, what an ugly woman." "FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS BRASS I AM NO WOMAN!" "Sure you aren't sweetheart.") Have fun with it! Could be before or after the reveal, doesn't have to be a reveal fic, but you can take it where you want.
Prompt 2: I am a little tired of so many fics about Merlin lying all the time. Especially because I am so amused when he tells the truth and no one believes him (i.e. with Merlin healing Gwen's father and him dying after the Serkets etc.). SO I would like to see a promo where Merlin never actually lies, but Arthur thinks he is and never believes him. This I would love to have at least a sort-of reveal fic, with Arthur realizing that Merlin was indeed telling the truth the whole time. This is also meant to be in the humour genre, though crackfic! could be good too! Once again, have fun!
If possible, try to avoid slash -mainly because I'm hoping more for something that makes me laugh verses fluff.
