They had no idea, no knowledge of the worlds out there, the beauty and the horror of the universe. And they just sat here, in their little bubble of so-called-safety, here on earth.

The good old TARDIS. Flying them wherever they wanted to go. They never got over the 'bigger on the inside' thing, though.

Sure, they had landed in the wrong place sometimes, but it was always fun.

Shop the streets of Tokyo, get you fly kicks

The girls always did love to go shopping, the Doctor mused.

The running was fun, too. Good workout. Donna was right, there was an outrageous amount of running involved. No wonder she was always saying he was too skinny.

But he would keep going. It's not like he had a choice, really. He would keep finding companions, and they would always leave, eventually. Even his enemy, the Master, had left him. Dying instead of regenerating.

So he would keep traveling. Keep running. Saving people, causing mayhem, the usual. Because he was the Doctor. He was the Last of the Timelords.
