She stood outside her love's door, unseen, unnoticed, and utterly unwanted. Ororo had always known this day would come and her Kitten's transformation from worshipping her to forgetting her in her interest of the new man in her life was natural and right, but it did not stop her tears from pouring or her regal head hanging low.
She wiped away her tears and continued down life's pathway. She had to let her Kitten go; it was the only right thing to do. Thus it was that Ororo did not hear her Kitten calling for her, and the Goddess cried.
