Pairing: JayTim
Verse: I guess a demon verse of a sort.
Disclaimer: I'm getting tired of putting a disclaimer when I clearly don't own DC.

Pointed black nails dug into the drywall of Jason's apartment. Blue eyes that could pierce through the flesh and see the soul looked directly at Jason. "You're only this close to almost making a deal with the devil," the demon moved his index finger so there was only about a centimeter left between. He wore the smile of troublemaker, but that was expected, "And yet, you make a deal with me. For what? Money, fame, possibly sex?" the demon asked.
"To bring back the dead," Jason said curtly, he tried to avoid the demon's gaze.
"Bringing back the dead isn't really that simple, there's always a price or two," Jason looked over at the demon, confusion showing on his face, "You'd lose your soul and go to hell when you die."
"I'm going there anyways," Jason said and couldn't help but notice the demon was going to add more.
"Most likely since the clouds barely hear the breathes of those begging," the demon added, still smiling, "Now, who will I be reviving?"
"Isn't there another cost?" Jason asked remembering what the demon said earlier.
"You may not even notice it, it's not too important really," the demon laughed and his lips curled.
"Tell me," Jason demanded. The demon huffed at the fact that an immortal was demanding him to tell him something, demons are higher beings compared to mere mortals.
"To bring back the dead a demon must use part of themselves to revive the deceased. It truly depends on how powerful the demon is to revive someone as a partial demon," the demon replied, no longer smiling much. His eyes strayed off to a picture on Jason's end table, it had a few people in it, all black haired.
"If it brings back Tim I'm fine with it, and I'm sure he'll be fine as well," Jason said and the demon nodded his head. The demon began smiling again, all he needed was a first name to be able to revive the dead and see into one's memories containing the name.
"If you need me again for whatever reason I go by Asmodeus," the demon removed his nails from Jason's wall and disappeared in thin air. This is what I get for trusting a demon Jason thought. Demons are always believed to lie, and now Jason was finding that to be true. He just jumped on the steady train to hell for nothing. Jason laid down on his bed and groaned into his hands. He would of had better luck going to a different dimension where Doctor Manhattan went crazy and took over the world just to be with Tim. He shouldn't have even thought of asking a demon to bring him back, he could have tried hard to find a lazarus pit. Then all he had to do was calm Tim down through his crazy lazarus moments. But he thought a demon would be better, and easier. He was wrong, for the time being at least.
