A/N: Yet another drabble to catch up on. Think I've got a few more left after this one. I really love Amber Benson and wish her character Lenore wasn't killed off. I would have loved to have more of her story, Bloodlust was an amazing episode.
A week since she's fed on human blood and she can't lie. She's depressingly weak, missing, needing it. The sticky sweetness satisfies all of her irrepressible cravings, flows down her throat so steadily, quenches her thirst confidently.
At nineteen the blood gave her undeniable power and strange clarity. The feeling of indestructibility clung to her before the hunters came. Lenore then realized what had been deprived her; a lust for life, friends, family.
She keeps hope within that she can gain back humanity so all hunters will see. It's a demand for herself, and she will win the internal struggle.
