uhm..yeah I have to mention elfenwindakachrno here, because I uploaded this story for her and she read through it, Beta Reader YAY *big hug* :3 I don't know if I'll go on with this story, but who knows :D
It's a fragment of Alice's Memories [surprise surprise! XD] and it's about Jack and her..well enjoooy it ~3
"If I could only get out of here, just once …" Alice was looking out of the window, like every morning. "I just don't get why Glen has locked me up in this room… I haven't done anything wrong…but I think that everyone hates me…" Teardrops were running down her cheeks, when her little black cat threw himself against her. "Everyone except you, Cheshire", Alice smiled and stroked the purring cat.
Loneliness wasn't something unfamiliar to Alice. Since Glen Baskerville had found her and locked her up in this room, she hadn't been outside. Alice felt so small and unaccepted; she didn't even know why she was alive. Everyone avoided her, what was she supposed to think? Her knees started to tremble and she fell on the floor, weeping desperately.
Suddenly the door opened and a young man moved towards her:"Hey beauty, do not cry" He patted her hair and helped Alice to stand up. She just saw a blurry image of the man, "Who are you? And why are you here? You are not allowed to be in my room!" Alice pulled herself out of his arms. The guy chuckled and bowed his head, "I am Jack Bezarius, my mistress. And why am I not allowed to see you?"
Alice gawked at him. His beautiful blond hair was tied together to a very long braid, he had deep blue eyes and a cheering smile. Who the hell was he? And how did he get here? Glen had guards everywhere.
Jack started looking around the room:"I just could not believe Glen when he said that he has locked a girl up in here…how cruel" He pouted. Alice wasn't able to say a word. She was paralyzed. A guy, who knew Glen? Glen told him about her? He was allowed to see her?
"Hey, I have not asked for your name", Jack looked at her with a cocky smile, "so please tell me" She gasped and stammered: "Ehm well, my name is Alice…." "Oh that is a very cute name!"
She blushed, "Stop that…w-why are you here anyway? Has Glen sent you?" Jack's smile faded away and he got serious:"Does Glen harm you? Has he hurt you?" he took her hand, "are you alright?" Alice blushed even harder when their hands touched, "I am alright, you don't have to worry…I am used to be alone here, the only friend I have is my cat, Cheshire…" she looked at the floor, "But why are you here if not for Glen's purpose?"
Jack squeezed her hand, "After Glen told me about you, I thought that you might be lonely and need some entertainment…And here am I" Alice looked up: "You came for ME?!" She couldn't believe it; someone wanted to talk to HER, the avoided one. He giggled, "Yes, is that so bizarre? You don't have to be alone anymore, Alice. Now I am here for you and I promise you that I will play with you as often as I can"
Was he serious? Alice's eyes sparkled and she hugged him tightly. "Thank goddess…", she mumbled.
