Breathing in the air on Mars was good. Then again so was having the Doctor all to herself in ways she had never imagined. Yet it was all a dream. A simple innocent dream...well, maybe not so innocent.

"Rose GET UP!" she heard the Doctor shout through the speaker. Since when did he get a speaker? And why was there a speaker in her bedroom?

Rose mumbled incoherently and reluctantly dragged herself away from her nice dream and her warm bed. The Doctor's voice boomed again to which she mumbled, "Oh, shut your gob! I'm up!"

"No need to be rude." She turned around and saw the Doctor with a microphone in his hand, grinning.

Rose glanced at the watch on her bedside table. She had only went to sleeps three hours ago. "Doctor, it's 2 o' clock in the morning! Why did you wake me up?"

The Doctor raised his eyebrows, went over to the clock and put on his bemusing spectacles, She didn't even think he needed them. She would love to steal them for a day just to see if she could catch him out. He took out his sonic screwdriver and scanned the clock.

"Oh right you are. Sorry you can go back to sleep. Thought it was seven. Although now I have to go around fixing the Tardis clocks. Can you believe it? A Time Lord not being able to keep track of the time. It's absurd, isn't it Rose?"

Rose wasn't listening. She was already tucked back up in bed fast asleep.
