"Starfire I think your English still hasn't improved since you came here," said Robin standing in her doorway. Starfire looked up from her magazine.
"Friend Robin that is not very the nice and most unlike a friend!" she sputtered. Her eyes began to glow emerald green. Robin usually thought that was sexy but only when it was directed at criminals they were fighting…otherwise it was damn menacing.
"Just hear me out!" He sat on the bed and Starfire got up from her position lying down. When she lay with her head hanging off the bed her red hair fell so perfectly…Robin shook his head to clear it.
"I mean you learned English so fast because of Tamaranians' special powers. You still don't sound like a native English speaker though after a couple years so I figured we could have another teaching session. Remember? I was the one who taught you English Star." Star looked confused for a moment before it sunk in. Robin mustered all of his courage and turned to grin at her. Her eyes glowed again.
"Uh, Star? Whoah!" She pulled him into a passionate kiss. After a moment she pulled away smiling but quickly wiped it off her face and Robin was puzzled. She hovered away slowly.
"I do not think my English is any better. It really helps for the Tamaranian to be able to look into their teacher's eyes. Perhaps I should go ask someone else… Cyborg or beastboy would surely be glad to help!"
"Wait, fine you got me," said Robin sighing. He took his mask off but Starfire turned with her eyes closed. She took his mask and put it back on his face carefully while keeper her eyes shut. Starfire giggled and Robin turned red.
"I am glad you would do it for me Robin. I do not think I should see your face yet though…it makes you seem more…mysterious" Starfire smiled mischievously and Robin grinned back. At that moment Robin couldn't think of a single time she had smiled and it hadn't made him smile…then again it was hard to think while kissing the beautiful tamarnian princess.
Suddenly a snarled warning from the past popped into his head "Outsiders are forbidden from touching the princess!" Robin chuckled to himself in his head.
