It was a cold and quiet night as Katherine "Kitty" Pryde-Rasputin try to get Moira dress up for her first Halloween.
"Almost done sweetie and there," she said as she was finishing buttoning up her costume.
"Now you look just like a Piglet," Kitty to her daughter as she was dress up as Piglet from the cartoon shows.
"Gaaa," squealed a happy Moira as she tries to reach her mother's face.
Kitty smiled as she looked happily at her daughter and tried to turn around to the mirror in the bedroom to see their costume.
"Tigger and Piglet are together again, Moira. Now all we need is Pooh bear and we will be a complete set."
Kitty and Moira came downstairs to find Pitor Rasputin dress up in a Winnie-the-Pooh Costume, and filling up the candy bowl.
"What you got there, Pooh Bear?" asked the wife to her wonderful husband.
"Just some candy for the trick or treat-ers," responded Pitor who turned around and face his wife and daughter, "Now there's my little Piglet."
As Kitty hands her baby to her father and husband. She reflects that this was a good idea. With thanks to her mother, little Moira soon learns the world of Winnie-the-pooh, like Kitty did when she was a little girl.
It was Kitty's idea to try to dress up as characters from the book series for Halloween.
"Besides it would be a lot better, than our other work clothes," she told her husband one evening.
"Okay then Kataya, I'm willing to try it for Moira's sakes."
Kitty was surprised that they were able to find costumes that fit them all in such sort notice.
"Katya are you alright?"
"Yeah, I was just thinking about something."
"What were you thinking about?"
"How sexy you look in that costume."
"Well as they say in the book, I am stuff with fluff."
"I'll say," states Kitty hugging her husband as he places their daughter on the table.
"You better hurry if you're going to be late."
"You're right, it is my duty to make sure the kids get their Halloween party at the school, but let just say when I return from the party, how about I show you what Tiggers can really do."
"Hmm, it's a date Katya."
As Kitty heads out the door and watches the children within her neighborhood traveling for candy. She smiles, because this was going to be her first Halloween as a mother and she was going to try to spend it well.
