The winner of Family Photo's story's challenge is Jackline.
On his/her request, I got to write a DracoGinny fic. I don't really support this couple, but it's a free request without conditions.
Disclaimer: I don't own Draco Malfoy, Hermione Granger or Ginny Weasley.
"That Weasley girl, what's so special about her?"
He sighed, as he remembered how he felt about her years ago.
How could this happen? You know, he could have fallen for Pansy Parkinson instead, or even Hermione Granger, but, Ginny Weasley? Something is not right, something is really wrong.
She is over that filthy Potter, good; he doesn't deserve her, not at all. She deserves a man, from a known family, with great history, like him, the famous, Draco Malfoy.
Well, Draco had such great luck; the Yule Ball was on the way. He just has to pick up the courage and ask her before somebody else does.
"Granger!"
"What do you want?" Hermione asked firmly, trying to sound strong. You can't expect anything good from a Slytherin, especially if you are a Gryffindor.
"Where is Ginny?"
"Why?" She asked, fearfully, Malfoy was up to no good. "What? Wait… Did you just call her… with her first name?"
"Yes."
Hermione opened her mouth to say something, but acting wisely, she shut it quickly.
"Well, last time I saw her, she was sitting in the Great Hall." The words left her mouth as if she wasn't the one saying them; she was soon able to realize that Malfoy was responsible for that.
"Thanks for the information!"
So, here we are, in the Great Hall, which is empty, except for Ginny. Draco Malfoy called her, trying to sound as his normal self.
"What do you want?" That was Ginny; it seemed this was not the best time to make her upset.
"You." He said with a whisper. Before she could object, he quickly pulled her close in a hug, and looked at her in the eyes, and said: "I love you, Ginny."
Unable to think , Ginny acted immediately, and hugged him back.
For how long they stayed there, no body knows, but we only know both didn't try to regret.
They ended up kissing, and dated for two months, but things didn't work out, so they broke up. So Ginny Went to the Yule Ball with Neville, she agreed when she found out Harry already has a date.
But, for forever, they will love each other.
