Part of my Disney spoof series. An infant griffin prince is spirited away from his world to another. When he finds a way to return to Equestria, he learns that he must prove himself worthy of his royal title. Little does he realize that a changeling queen is plotting to thwart him in his epic quest.

Long ago, in the faraway land of Equestria, there was a golden age of powerful beasts and extraordinary heroes. And the greatest and strongest of all these heroes…was the mighty Griffincles. But what is the measure of a true hero. Ah, that is where our story is-

"Will you listen to him?" Pinkie Pie, one of the five muses, said. "He's making the story sound like it's going to be boring."

"Lighten up, darling," Rarity smiled.

"We'll take it from here, narrator," Twilight, the head muse, said.

You go, girl.

The five mares began grooving to the beat as Twilight said, "We are the Muses, ponies of the art and proclaimers of heroes."

Rarity took a fan and fanned herself as she swooned, "Heroes like Griffincles."

Pinkie said, "Honey, you mean 'Great-cles'. Ooh, I'd like to make some sweet music with him-"

Twilight said, "Our story actually begins…" She used her magic to make the border of the vase they were on into stairs. She continued, "…long before Griffincles, many years ago."

All the ponies, sans Pinkie, vocalized, "Ah…"

Twilight sang, "Back when the land was new…"

Pinkie cried as she joined up with the girls, "Whoa!"

"Equestria was down on its luck…and everywhere gigantic brutes called Titans ran amok…"

Pinkie sang, "It was a nasty place! There was a mess wherever you stepped…"

"Where chaos reigned and the earthquakes and volcanoes never slept…"

"Whoo! Say it, girlfriend!"

All the muses then sang, "And then along came Grint!

Twilight sang, "His roar charged like a colt…"

"His zap!"

Pinkie sang, "Locked those suckers in a vault…"

"They're trapped and on his own stopped chaos in its tracks…And that's the gospel truth…The guy was too 'Type A' to just relax…"

Rarity sang, "And that's the world's first dish…"

"Yeah, baby."

"Grint tamed the land while still in his youth…"

The mares then sang, "Though, honey, it may seem impossible, that's the gospel truth…On proud Griffonstone, life was neat and smooth as sweet vermouth…Although, honey, it may seem impossible, that's the gospel truth…Ah, ah…"

Applejack vocalized, "Ah-huh-huh…"

"Ah, ah…"

Pinkie sang, "Oh, yeah, yeah…"

"Ah, ah…"

Twilight chanted, "Hey, hey, hey, yeah!"

"Ah, ah…"

Fluttershy then sang, "Hey, yeah…"
