(Yuko doesn't own vampire knight! At all!)

Elinor's POV

I straightened my skirt once again feeling a little nervous about what might happen. My parents a week ago told me about how they were signing paper work for me to go to school at a place where there is 'harmony'. I'm heading to it right now, it is called Cross Academy. They told me how there were vampires there and how I needed to look fabulous to show off werewolf heritage to the dirty vampires.

I looked in the mirror again to see how I looked, I was pale, one red eye, and one silver eye, my long red hair was pulled back into a neat ponytail, and my side bangs were covering the red eye. I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath, instantly regretting it for the horrible smell of the car I was in.

When am going to get there again? I wondered looking out the window for any sign. Then the car finally parked. I had been in the vehicle for way to long of a time and I did not like the smell one bit, my sensitive wolf nose could not take vanilla or anything at all. I quickly stepped out, though still acting polite.

My driver-I think his name was Sebastian-had already taken my bags out of the trunk and was waiting patiently for me to follow him. I nodded my head to him and off he walked me shortly behind.

We were just walking past a small fountain when I caught the horrible scent of vampires though.

"Pureblood." I whispered catching the scent of a vampire of higher class then all the other's.

I heightened my senses and awareness, preparing myself for anything that might happen when we finally reached the door to the first part of the school.

There the headmaster stood to greet me. "Hello, I hope you enjoyed your ride and especially hope you will get a long with the... night class."

He smiled warmly, and I returned it and flipping my black hair out of my face I took a better look.

Sebastian who had already put the bags down bowed to me and left without another word. "So... would you like a tour? I could get a member of our disciplinary committee members to show you around the grounds and then to your room." The headmaster asked.

I nodded my head yes and he disappeared into the building.

I sighed, this was going to be a long school year. What's worse is that I have to be in the night class so I'm going to be stuck with stupid vampires. I sneered, 'I wanna puke every time I even think of them' I thought when the headmaster finally came back. And with him was a girl, she was small had brown sort of red hair, brown eyes, and I could tell already that she was a vampire... well at least she used to be.

She smiled and waved, "Hi, I'm Yuki Cross. And you are?"

I sighed, she already knew my name, I could tell by how she seems to be thinking about something right after she talked. "My name is Elinor Elizabeth. Daughter of the queen and king of England. I'm 16 and have no motives of becoming anyone's friends. This is new territory and some people can not be trusted."

Yuki seemed taken by surprise by my answer and the headmaster seemed to be an empty shell by now. Coming out of her shock Yuki hesitantly nodded and motioned for me to follow, and so we set off. Wow, what an amazing part of my first day (sense the sarcasm)!
