It had been one year after college that Patricia had finally decided to take Eddie's offer up and go to America with him for the second time. Having the first time not going so well she was a little nervous, but she had grown up and so had Eddie and she no longer had the fears of falling in love. Easter happened to fall on one of the days she was in America and they were currently going to his family reunion, which included a Easter egg hunt for the little ones. They had gotten there and Patricia was swarmed with hugs from family members she had already met and from ones she hadn't. Eddie's family was very friendly and soon they were all gathered around the punch bowl sharing stories about Anubis and about Patricia and college and Eddie and Eddie and Patricia. It was beginning to die down when Eddie's mom yelled that the Easter egg hunt would be starting soon. Eddie and Patricia found their way over to a bench by a tree where they could watch the kids find the colorful eggs that they had hid ever so cleverly. Counting down one by one until all the eggs had been collected. The kids all scattered around in different places in the park. There was tons of 'yays' that could be heard around the park as All the kids began opening there Easter eggs.
"Hi Eddie!" Said Eddie's little cousin Kaylen.
"Hey Kaylen! Did you get good candy?" Eddie replied back smiling at the little girl.
"Yes! Is this your girlfriend?" Kaylen questioned referring to Patricia.
"Yes, yes she is!" Eddie said smirking at Patricia.
"Are you gonna marry her?" Kaylen asked in an innocent little voice.
"I was kinda wondering the same thing, but I think that's up to Patricia!" Eddie said a smirk on his face as he got down on one knee and pulled out a black leather box and opened to reveal an engagement ring.
"Patricia would you do me the honor of being my wife?"
Out of all the screams in the park that day, I think Patricia's 'yes!' beat them all.
