Sharpay: How was that Ms Darbus?
Ms Darbus: Fabulous Sharpay, but wheres your usual partner Ryan?
Sharpay: I didn't think he was right for this role so I asked Shane

Ms Darbus: Now that I think about it, Shane is a lot better for this role, good choice Sharpay

Sharpay: Thank you Ms Darbus, I hope we get the part

Ms Darbus: I hope so too, I have to go now my darlings, toodles

Sharpay: Toodles

Ms Darbus leaves the theatre

Sharpay: Shane, what was wrong with Mitchie?
Shane: I don't know

Sharpay: I can tell you're lying to me Shane, I know I seem like a bad person but its kind of an act

Shane: What?
Sharpay: Well I kind of put it on because I want people to be fear me and I like being in control like that

Shane: Really?
Sharpay: Yeah, but I like you Shane and I want to be friends, you can trust me you know

Shane: Thanks, I like the real you Sharpay and I hope we can be great friends

Sharpay and Shane hug

Sharpay: So are you gonna tell me whats going on with you and Mitchie?
Shane: Okay, well she accidently told me that she loves me and shes been avoiding me ever since

Sharpay: Wow I think you should find her and talk to her

Shane: Well I bet shes gone back to her house by now

Sharpay: Then go to her house

Shane: Now? But we're in school

Sharpay: Just leave, this is more important than school

Shane: Alright then I guess I will see you later

Shane walks out the school and walks down the street to Mitchies house and knocks on the door

Mitchies Mom: Hello, who are you?
Shane: I'm Shane, Mitchies friend

Mitchies Mom: Oh so you're Shane, Mitchies told me all about you

Shane: Really? Never mind, is she in?
Mitchies Mom: Yes, actually she just came in crying her eyes out but she won't talk to me

Shane: Can I go and try and talk to her?
Mitchies Mom: Sure, shes up in her room, just walk in I don't think she will respond if you knock

Shane goes up the stairs and walks into Mitchies room, she is crying into her pillow and doesn't look up

Mitchie: Mom get the hell out of my room I really don't wanna talk about it

Shane: I think we need to talk about it

Mitchie: (looks up, shocked) Shane?

What will Mitchie say to Shane?
