p class="MsoNormal"One family however will be spending time in the city and that was Elphaba, her husband Fiyero, and their now 4 year old daughter Noelle./p
p class="MsoNormal"Joining them were Galinda, Nessarose, Boq, and Galinda's new fiancé Chuffery./p
p class="MsoNormal"This year they decided to travel for Lurlinemas and Noelle's birthday and they chose to stay at the Emerald City mostly because they couldn't think of anywhere else to go and the city was Galinda's first and only choice./p
p class="MsoNormal"Noelle woke up in her room and gazed upon the city below her and the citizens walking around who looked like tiny ants to her being so high up, she was so excited about today and knew just what she wanted to do./p

p class="MsoNormal"They entered what seems to be like the sixth dress salon they went to and looked at some more clothes then Galinda got an idea./p
