My Favourite Twilight Scene

I looked up to see his eyes

Looking down at me.

He smiled as he took my hand

I was as happy as can be.

He said he hated sunlight, so

He threw me on his back and ran

Through the forest, past the trees

It was all a blur, but I tried the best I can

To see where we were going,

(I didn't have a clue.)

He stopped and put me down,

And walked into the blue.

Edward, in the sun, was shocking.

A million diamonds engraved in his skin

Even though I knew what he was,

I still couldn't believe it was him.

He walked out of the sun,

His head hung down

And walked back into the forest

I followed him around.

He told me we couldn't be friends

But that was ages ago,

Before I knew what he was,

And, why, I now know.

He grabbed a tree trunk in anger

And threw it 20 metres easily,

He turned to me, his eyes annoyed,

And trained his gaze on me.

He told me he was a killer.

He was trying to scare me,

But I knew one thing was for sure,

This is my real life fantasy,

Forever.
