I.
The village of Konoha was known for its intense winds and its hidden magic. In the great hall, there was a meeting to discuss some treasonous acts. Around the circle table was; Minato Namikaze, the third Hokage, Danzo, and Hanzo. Many others were there; but they were missing two people.
"For god's sake Tobirama where is your brother?!" Danzo barked. "Keep your panties in a knot, he'll be here soon." Tobirama barked back. "And where's your brother?" Minato questioned Obito Uchiha. Obito was a little younger than the others, scratch that much younger. "You and I both know damn well where those two are." Obito hissed at Minato. The blonde rolled his eyes, now understanding where Madara Uchiha and Hashimara Senju were.
The two men were in their own quarters, well maybe just one. Madara was bare naked in a goose feathered bed. There were golden curtains surrounding the bed and candle lit glow everywhere. He took a deep breath, looking up at the top of the bed. He turned to the right to see now a naked Hashimara climbing on top of him. They entwined fingers together and pressed into a kiss together. A very sexy, steamy, and passionate kiss. Even with these two being married men.
"Agh. I've had enough of waiting, let's just continue." Danzo interrupted. Minato rolled his eyes, he wanted to be home with his wife Kushina Uzuamki and two sons; Yahiko Uzumaki (Pein), and Nagato Uzumaki. He just wanted to go home to them. However, he was met with the door opening with Madara and Hashimara entering the room. Both with robes on. Minato smiled as Hashimara took a seat next to him. "You get your fill?" he asked. Hashimara chuckled.
"Could you have taken any longer?" Obito questioned his older brother. Madara shrugged with a smile. "So, what are we here for?" Hashimara questioned. Danzo turned keeping his eyes directed at Minato.
The blonde raised his own eyebrows in confusion, "What?" he questioned. "We are here to talk a treasonous act and hold those accountable." Danzo said.
"Then why are you looking at me?" Minato questioned.
"Because you're the one on trial." Hanzo snapped. Minato turned up his face. Hashimara looked up from his water cup, and the rest of the table all looked from Hanzo to Minato in the matter of a few seconds.
"What are you talking about?" Minato questioned.
"Well recently we've come across multiple illegal experiments testing the younger generation for certain...abilities." Danzo purred.
"And you think I've been doing them?" Minato said, jumping to the point.
"Well I mean, your youngest son, Nagato seems to have the Rinnegan. Your oldest boy keeps sneaking out of your home in the dead of night. What are they doing Minato?" Danzo questioned. Minato remained quiet, he had no idea what his son was up to. "With that said, only a certain clan is allowed to have the eyes of the Rinnegan, and that's Uchiha." Danzo barked. Minato turned to Madara who rolled his eyes.
"It's not just my clan, my family who can have the eyes. It's anyone who can control and harness the eyes." Madara explained.
"Be that as it may," Danzo turned away and to the third hokage. Madara turned up his face as Hashimara was growing nervous for his friend.
"Lord, I implore you to do something. Obviously, Minato has been practicing experiments on his children, and even more possibly." He said. The third let out a sigh and turned to Minato, "Minato do you have anything to say about this?" he questioned.
Minato's face turned to pure anger. "Are you seriously thinking what I think you are?" he barked. "Well how do you explain Nagato's eyes, and Yahiko sneaking out." The Third said.
Minato froze.
"See, he can't explain. I say treason." Hanzo chimed in.
"You say anything to keep your dick in his mouth," Hashimara barked at Hanzo then pointing to Danzo, "Get your act, together would you?!" he barked. Minato put his hand on Hashimara's arm to calm him down while Madara turned to the left.
Was he rubbing off on me?
"Hashimara please." The Third said.
"Why are you so inclined to protect him?" Danzo questioned. "Because you do anything to keep power, and I'm pretty sure condemning someone who didn't do anything, to death." Hashimara said. Danzo rolled her eyes.
Minato noticed that the Third was puzzled and there was no way he was going to talk himself out of what they were thinking. He turned to Madara.
"You want me to stall?" the Uchiha asked. Minato gave a nod.
"Get out while you can, take your family with you." The Uchiha said in a hushed tone. Minato nodded. While they bickered, he stood up from his chair.
"Minato?" Hashimara questioned.
Minato performed a Jutsu with his hands. "HEY! HEY! HE'S ABOUT TO-" Danzo started to holler until Minato teleported himself away.
At home, Kushina Uzumaki was in the kitchen with her dark blue Yigal Azrouël Long-Sleeve V-Neck A-Line Velvet Dress, twirling a spoon around in a pan for her two sons. Yahiko Uzumaki was writing something down in his notebook, it looked like certain sealing techniques.
"Mom, why do you want me to learn these seals?" He asked.
"What did I say about asking questions?" Kushina joked turning around leaning on the kitchen stove. Yahiko smiled, "You're not gonna smack me with that pan, again are you?" he laughed. Kushina smiled at her young son, for Yahiko was only six and Nagato only three.
"Is your brother sleeping?" Kushina asked.
"Yeah, I think so. Let me check." Yahiko said, standing up. He started to walk towards his little brother's room until Minato teleported directly in front of him. "Whoa!" shouted Yahiko jumped literally off the floor under his feet, "Dad."
"Minato, dear what are you doing home? And why did you teleport in here?" Kushina questioned, she rounded the corner showing her sixth month old baby that was holding a powerhouse in her own womb.
"We need to leave. Go. Leave Konoha. Where's Nagato?" Minato babbled quickly touching the sides of Yahiko's face before moving back to go into Nagato's room.
"Leave?" Yahiko faced his mother. Kushina held her stomach looking out towards the window. Yahiko moved over to the window sill and saw something in the distance. "Mom, there's a golden glow in the distance." He said. Kushina moved closer to her son by the window.
"It's a mob." She clarified, "Come, move away from the window." She said. Yahiko moved aside with his mother as Minato came back into the room with a sleepy Nagato in his arms. "Dad, what's wrong? Where are we going?" the redhead asked. "Hush now, it's okay. Just sleep in my arms." He said.
"Minato, there's a mob coming what happened at that meeting." Kushina questioned.
"Danzo and Hanzo have their sticks up their asses again, they were trying to convince the Third that I was doing experiments on my own sons and possibly other children. That's treason, they would have had my head." He explained.
"What? That's crazy, you weren't doing that." Yahiko barked. Minato knelt still holding Nagato, "Some people are truly evil my son, we need to go before they get here." He said. Yahiko nodded as Kushina gripped his hand. "Come on, we better go." She said. Minato, still holding Nagato, in some way performed the Jutsu and teleported to the front gate.
Yahiko reached up to open the gate. He and Minato pushed open the gate which signaled the sound of someone leaving. Kushina took Nagato from Minato's hands as he took Yahiko's hand to run.
"They're moving." A woman said in a distance.
"I got it." A man responded. He was a tall man with long locks of black hair, a young beautiful face with a mature facial stature. He was defiantly taller than Minato and a bit wider, muscle wise. He was in their path but due to darkness they couldn't see him very well.
"MINATO NAMIKAZE!" Danzo shouted from the gate.
Minato turned around with his family facing the village of Konoha, now against them.
"YOU HAVE ONE MORE CHANCE TO COME FORWARD AND ACCEPT YOUR FATE!" shouted Danzo.
"And condemn myself to death and leave my family in the hands of you! Never!" Minato barked. Nagato held onto his father.
"Fine, give us your son." Hanzo hissed. "Hanzo!" Madara barked.
"Give us Nagato, let us see those eyes." He said again. Nagato kept his arms around his father's neck as Minato patted his back. "If I won't even hand myself over what the hell makes you think I'd give you my son!" he barked.
The man watching them, he liked Minato's words, so he knelt to the ground. He started to change into something when bright fire surrounded his body.
"Minato, we've come prepared." Hanzo hissed.
Multiple ninjas from the trees held their kunais ready to strike. "God dammit." Minato hissed. Yahiko held onto his mother's hand. He turned around seeing something bright. A golden glow of fire. "Mom, dad." He said.
"Not now Yahiko." Kushina said.
"But dad." Yahiko pressed. "No Yahiko." Minato snapped. Yahiko kept his eyes locked on the golden glow. "Oh my god..."
The ninjas from the trees flung the kunais at the family. "Minato." Kushina worried. Nagato looked up with his purple Rinnegan eyes and stopped the kunais dead in their path. They dropped to the floor.
"Uh." The ninjas paused.
"What a boy." Hanzo hissed with a wicked, twisted smile.
Minato held onto his son with caution as Kushina turned to the side.
"Dad!" Yahiko shouted. They finally all turned up and looked up to the sky. Their mouths dropped in shock when they saw a flying magnificent creature soaring through the dark sky. Highlighted by the moonlight, a towering flying beast with dark, rough, scale skin. A loud frightening roar. Wide wings. A dragon. A real dragon. The magic beasts that ruled the skies and burned cities to the ground with their fire power.
The dragon's name was Igneel Dragneel. The king of the fire dragons of the world. At least, he was.
"Oh my god." Kushina said in awe.
"How in the world?" Minato's voice trailed off.
"IT'S A DRAGON! IT'S A REAL DRAGON!" Yahiko shouted, Nagato smiled with delight at the sight of the beast. Igneel flapped his wings as he landed his body behind Minato's family. He wrapped his tail and long neck to the front to protect them using his body.
He roared at the people of Konoha making them all jump back.
"A dragon?" Hashimara questioned.
"How's that possible?" Madara questioned.
The dragon roared its roar while Minato kept his family close to him. Yahiko turned around to the dragon's body and started to climb on. "Yahiko!" Kushina barked at him. "Get on!" he shouted when he pulled himself up on the back. Kushina hesitated, but she then held her stomach as she started to pull herself up. Yahiko reached down to his mother. Igneel used his foot to help Kushina up.
"Are you serious?!" Minato shouted. "Come on!" Kushina shouted back.
Minato sighed. He moved aside and handed Nagato to Kushina. Igneel roared again.
"Minato! If you get on that dragon! You will be banded from Konoha forever!" Danzo barked. Hashimara grabbed Danzo by the arm. "That's not for you to say!"
"Don't worry about it." Minato fired back. They all faced him. "You all live a good life." He said. He climbed onto the dragon, but his head was heavy, and his heart felt different leaving his home behind. What else could he do? He had to protect his family.
Igneel started to flap and lift off the ground. "STOP THEM! THROW SOMETHING!" Hanzo barked. There was also someone slithering in the woods, hissing his long tongue with a triumph smile on his face.
Ninjas started throwing kunais and spears at Igneel, but his tough skin blocked them off. He soared over the trees and flew for a while with everyone holding on. "Hey!" Yahiko shouted, he pointed to some woman with long, scarlet pink hair like Kushina's, but her's was darker. The woman flagged them down with her arm. Igneel landed carefully on the ground. Igneel's wife was wearing an Etro Dream Catcher Silk Kimono Gown that flew back showing her legs as Igneel pulled his wings in.
"Come on." Minato said. He wrapped his arms around Nagato as Kushina hopped down off the dragon with Yahiko behind her. They walked up to his wife slowly.
"My name is Ami Dragneel." She explained. The family looked at her with concern until they saw the same golden light shining behind them. The dragon was transforming into a person. He stood up to be a tall man with long stringy black hair that lead to his back. An oval face with a small butt chin. He had bright golden wide eyes, full mouth and a triangle nose. What a man. What a beauty.
"Wait a minute, so you're a dragon and a human?" Minato questioned.
"I am." Igneel responded.
Kushina then turned to Ami. "Then you are?" she asked. "Igneel here is my husband, sorry for his short tongue." Ami giggled.
"Why'd you save us?" Minato asked.
"I'll be honest, I did it, so you could owe me a favor." Igneel said. Minato scrunched up his face, "Dragon or not, don't think you can boss me around." He barked. "Stop it now men, or shall the women take charge of this?" Ami said.
"Take care of what?" Kushina questioned.
"We saved you, you are Minato Namikaze. Kushina Uzumaki with your two young boys and a growing one in your belly." Igneel said pointing to Kushina's stomach. "You both are known for your...sealing techniques." He said.
"Is that what you want?" Minato questioned making Igneel face him. "For us to unseal something."
"I told you already, I saved you, so you could owe me a favor." Igneel said. "I don't know your magic. All I know is that you and your wife here are good with sealing techniques. Now I need a favor."
"I never asked you to save me!" Minato barked.
"How long do you think you would have lasted there, with those ninjas gunning down on you and your sons." He said.
"Then there is something you don't know about me." Minato said. Igneel raised his eyebrow at them until Minato clarified. He made a Jitsu with his hands and teleported behind Igneel using his kunai. Igneel turned around to see him behind him.
"Thank you." Minato smiled. "I'd go to the deaths to protect my family."
"Okay um, why did you save us? What do you want? Exactly please." Kushina said to Ami. Ami exhaled a breath.
"As you saw, my husband is a dragon. I'm also pregnant with my second baby. There is a sealing on a door somewhere deep in the west that holds an army and more of dragons. Our dragons, our oldest son is trapped behind the door. You have sealing magic and powers with your hands, we need your help." she said.
"Wait a minute, you want us to release an army full of dragons into the world? Are you insane!?" Minato barked.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Igneel barked crossing his arms.
"Dragons? They are dangerous creatures, and no one has seen dragons for gods no how long. Why would you wanna open a door and bring them back?" he questioned.
"Of all your talk about family, you're pretty uneducated." Igneel barked. Minato turned up his face. "Those dragons, those creatures you said, are my family. My son is there, my family is there. You don't know a damn thing about dragons, and I am not gonna justify it to you." He barked. Smoke was coming out of Igneel's nose and Minato immediately wanted to back track his words.
"Hey." Kushina called, "I'm sure my husband didn't mean that." She eyed down Minato. The blonde sighed, "I'm sorry. I didn't know that dragons meant that much to you." He said.
Igneel gulped.
Yahiko scratched his head as Nagato looked around. "So, where's this door?" the little one asked.
Igneel smiled at the little one and so did Ami.
"We'll help." Kushina said. Ami turned to her. "On one condition. I'm pretty sure that we're gonna be banded from our village, if we open the door and get your son along with these dragons. Then we stay together until you help us find a new home." She said. "That's it. If you want that door open."
"...Deal." Igneel said.
Ami turned to her husband, she then wrapped her belly around her baby.
Igneel then morphed into his dragon form. He roared a bit, which sounded like a sentence. "He said, hop on." Ami clarified with the confusing stares.
They all boarded Igneel, he flapped his wing again and took to the sky towards the west. After a few hours in the sky leading into the morning. Then days. Igneel started to drop a bit.
"Whoa." Minato said.
"Honey," Ami reached down and rubbed the side of him, "Come on, you need to land and rest." She said.
Minato used his foot to tap the side of Igneel, "Land for a second. You need to rest." He said.
Igneel flapped down and finally landed, he landed roughly. Yahiko and Nagato both walked over to Igneel's face. They petted his snout which made him blow some dirt on the ground. Ami smiled, "He chuckled."
"Is he okay? It's really hot, can't that still affect him?" Minato asked. "He's a fire dragon, heat doesn't affect him as much but at the same time he does need water." Ami explained. Kushina circled around to her son Yahiko.
"Sweetie, have you protected your Water Release yet? You've been practicing with your father." She said. "I have." Yahiko nodded, as Minato came around the corner.
He knelt to his son's height. "Remember what I taught you how to control it okay." He said to Yahiko's ear. Yahiko nodded, "Yes sir."
Minato turned to Ami. "Can you get Igneel to open his mouth?" he asked.
Ami nodded, she turned to her husband and motioned for him to open his mouth. Igneel gulped and opened his wide mouth. "Stinky." Nagato said waving his hand in his face. They all giggled as Igneel stuck his tongue out to playfully lick Nagato. The redhead laughed scurrying away.
"Ready?" Minato asked. Yahiko nodded, he looked down at his hands. "You got this." Minato said.
Yahiko performed the Jutsu perfectly, put his finger to his lips and blew a jet stream of water into Igneel's mouth. Igneel took it all in and gulped it down. He then cleared his throat and roared to the sky. They all smiled.
The door they needed to reach was in a well-guarded kingdom named Fiore. Which was ruled by it's princess for the time being; Hisui E. Fiore. She was staring into an orb watching the incoming dragon.
"Why is he coming here? Why?!" she barked at her council men.
"To open that door and let those beasts back out." Answered a man. "We can't let him in. If that dragon gets in here with those people, they will unlock that door and free them... once again." Said another man. Hisui sighed, "We aren't there to protect the kingdom. We are miles and miles away while they are closing in. We need to do something." She said.
"We won't reach them in time." Said another man.
"Then tell the guards to be on the look out and stop them at any means necessary. They won't attack my country." She said.
They all landed safely and morphed back into the human forms, well at least for Igneel. "There's guards everywhere." Kushina said. "I can't bring my children in the middle of that." Minato said. Igneel turned to his wife.
"Don't worry about that, I got it." Ami grinned. She crossed her arms together putting one hand on each opposite shoulder in a cross. Her symbol appeared underneath her and she blew a puff of smoke into the air.
"Cover your noses." She said.
"What is that?" Minato asked Igneel. "Knock out smoke, puts the entire town to sleep so we don't have to hurt the guards." Igneel explained while pinching his nose.
The smoke settled, and they took in a deep breath.
"Miss Ami!" Nagato called. She turned to him.
"Is that where the door is?! That huge arch." Nagato said pointing to an arch on the side of the gates that didn't look like the other arches.
"You got one sharp kid." Igneel said. "We think it's his eyes, technically he's not supposed to have them." Minato said, gripping Nagato's hand.
Minato walked up and placed his hands on the arch's material; stone. With ancient markings all over it. He studied it, "I've seen this before, this is ancient magic. Very old magic." He explained.
"Honey, can you open it?" Kushina asked.
"I can try but it's going to take a lot of magic out of me." He explained, "I could lose all of my chakra." He said.
"What?!" Yahiko shouted.
Kushina turned around, "He can't do that. If he loses all his chakra, he'll die." She whimpered. Ami turned to her husband. "I think I have an idea. Hang on." Igneel said. He started to morph back into his dragon form again and hovered off the ground. He started to roar a sentence again.
"Igneel is going to send you his healing flames. It's a rare technique, and your power will restore." Ami explained.
Kushina turned back to her husband who nodded.
Ami held up her hands to Nagato and Yahiko to back up a bit. Minato then started to perform one sealing technique that could unlock it. No good. He sighed and tried another. Then another and another.
"Dad! Try the one Hashimara gave you!" Yahiko shouted.
Minato paused and thought to a few days ago when Hashimara gave him an old scroll dating back a lot of years in the Uzumaki family tree.
He pulled it out from his pocket, laid it out in front of him, and did the signs carefully. On the last one, he took a deep breath and finished it. There was a sudden loud bang coming from the arch. They all froze.
"They are opening the gate!" shouted a council member of Fiore.
"Minato, that was it!" Ami shouted. Minato performed the same sealing technique again as golden magic started to appear around the arch forming the door.
"UH!" Minato grunted while hunching forward like he was going to hurl. "UH!" the magic was sinking in and it was strong. Igneel started flapping his wings to Minato sending his healing flames into his body. Minato straightened up his posture and continued as the door came into full view. He collapsed once he was done, from exhaustion.
"Minato!" Kushina yelled.
Their sons ran over and put their father's arms around their necks.
"Kushina." Ami said. Kushina powered up her body and blasted out her chakra chains on the door's handles. "Mmmmm!" she grunted pulling her chains back into her body to open the doors.
"UH!" She grunted, hitting the floor to her knees while holding her stomach. "oh god no, Naruto..." she whimpered.
"Kushina..." Minato whimpered, he was so exhausted.
"Kushina." Ami called, she came up behind Kushina. She put her hands on Kushina's stomach, sending her power into Kushina's body to power her up. Kushina grunted and sucked in her chains yanking open the door in one big pull.
The doors flew open wide and the army of millions and millions of dragons poured out of the door. Kushina and Ami hit the ground ducking out of the way as Igneel screeched to the skies. The dragons took over the skies again and Igneel turned back into his human form.
Igneel walked over to Minato and pulled him to his feet. "You okay?" he asked. Minato nodded as his sons kept him up.
"Thank you, you saved my family." Igneel said. Minato smiled and nodded. "I think there's someone here to see you." Minato said pointing to the door. Igneel turned around to see his first-born son coming out of the door.
Gajeel.
"Dad?...M..mom?" Gajeel said slowly.
"Oh, thank god." Igneel said, he ran over to his first-born son. Gajeel sighed relief as Igneel wrapped his arms around his five-year-old son. Gajeel wrapped his legs around his father and his arms around Igneel's neck. "Dad." He sighed.
Igneel gripped his son tightly, as Ami hurried over to them. "Mom!" Gajeel wrapped one of his arms around Ami's neck as the family embraced in a hug.
Minato and Kushina kissed each other passionately before pulling their kids close to them.
Igneel then kissed his own wife as Gajeel scrunched up his face at the embrace.
"Igneel!" someone said behind them. Igneel turned around, still holding Gajeel, facing a person who was glowing with fire.
"You a dragon?" Igneel asked.
"I am, before we were locked up again. I got word that King Everest of Scales is dying." The man explained. Igneel's face dropped to shock, "What? He gave us shelter before. How is he dying?" he questioned.
"I'm not sure, you might wanna go check on him." He said.
Igneel sighed as Ami put Gajeel down. "What do you wanna do?" Ami asked. "We gotta see him, I can't let him die like that." Igneel said. "Well you might wanna ask the people with us." She said. Igneel turned to Minato and Kushina. "What's wrong?" Minato asked. "A king I know, apparently he's dying. He gave Ami and I shelter a few times. I need to see him." Igneel said. Minato turned to his wife, Kushina she nodded. "Let's go." She said.
Yahiko and Nagato then noticed something in the door, dragon eggs. A lot of dragon eggs. "What should we do?" Yahiko asked. Nagato paused for a moment.
King Everest of Scales was one of the kings of the sand and the west. "Your majesty, there's a man here to see you. He says his name is 'Igneel'." Said a guard. The king gulped to get a gasp of air. "Let him in." the king said.
The doors opened with Igneel rushing in. "Everest, are you okay? How are you feeling?" Igneel asked. "I'm dying Igneel, I don't have much longer and I do not have anyone to take my place as king here." The king explained. Minato knelt to Igneel and touched the king's hand. "Are you okay?" he asked.
Yahiko, Nagato, and Gajeel were out by the forest area that could still grow. They felt someone watching them from the forest. "What's that?" Nagato asked. They all turned to the forest to see a small glowing nine tailed looking fox coming out of the woods.
"What in the world?" Yahiko said backing up. "I'm not here to hurt any of you." The fox said. "You speak?" Gajeel asked. "I do, and I wanted to ask you something." He said.
The next thing he knew, Minato and Igneel were standing together on the balcony.
"I'm sorry about your friend. He seemed like a great guy and king." Minato said. Igneel sighed, "I just can't believe he's gone. And what he asked us to do." Igneel said.
"Take over his country." Minato said.
"...yeah." Igneel answered. Minato sighed, "I've only known you for a few days, but I know you are about family and you have good values." He said. "Is that enough for you to rule with me Minato?" Igneel asked.
"It's gonna have to be." Minato answered.
They joined hands and shook once.
