A Plot-Twisting Play

During the most spectacular version of "Romeo and Juliet", starring Tuxedo Mask as Romeo and Sailor Moon as Juliet, we started doing our own version, with me as Romeo and Sailor Venus as Juliet. What you guys are about to hear is a play with a most unusual twist and change of story…

It all started when they were doing "Romeo and Juliet", and at the same time, we did our own version. We had Seto Kaiba as Tybalt, Botan as the Nurse, Team Rocket as the Chorus (and the Three Musicians), and I was Romeo… and Sailor Venus was Juliet. But what many of us were about to find out was that the would have a change of story.

"Oh my god, this is gonna be so exciting!" said Minako. "Yeah. Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon are very good." I said. "I know it." she said back to me. "Hey there, Kitsune and Minako." said Mamoru as he walked up to us with Usagi. "So, I heard you'll be playing Romeo, Kitsune." Mamoru said, smiling at me. "And I heard you will be playing Juliet, Minako." Usagi said to Minako, and then said to us "I hope you two will do very well in your version of the story.". The two of us walked together and we saw our fashion designer, Pleakley (!), making our costumes. "Ah, Kitsune, Minako! It's good to see you!" he said. We saw our costumes and they were… well, odd. Mine looked like it was too tight and Minako's looked way too loose. "So, what do you think?" said Pleakley. "Well… they are OK…" I said. "And very… unique." Said Sailor Venus. "Kitsune-sama, Minako!" Tomoyo came to us. "Did you see the costumes my mom and I made?" and showed us. They were beautiful. Mine was red and black and Minako's was a lovely white and blue. "Oh, they are lovely!" I said. "Very charming, aren't they?" said Minako. "I knew you'd like them." And we went off to try them out. "Hey! Aren't my costumes good?" Pleakley said. "Oh, yeah, they're good." I said, while Minako said "Well, whatever."

A short while later, we rehearsed the balcony sequence and we both did quite well. We both remembered the script and we did so good. I remembered it well. "She speaks: Oh speak again, bright angel! For thou art, as glorious to this night…" and so on. Sailor Venus spoke very well as she spoke "O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou, Romeo? Deny my father and refuse my name, or if thou wilt not, but be sworn my love, and I'll no longer be a Capulet." It turned out perfect. As we left, Sailor Venus said to me, "Good night, good night. Parting is such sweet sorrow, that I shall say good night, till it be morrow." Then, the next day, came some very shocking secrets. We were rehearsing the scene where Romeo poisons himself and Juliet commits suicide. I drank the "poison" (which was actually grape soda) and said "Here's to my love, thy drugs are quick…" then kissed Sailor Venus… who eventually woke up (!). "What! Aren't you supposed to be "dead" in this scene?" I said. "I woke up, because I felt something." Sailor Venus said. "How perfect!" said our director, Bulma. "WHAT!" Sailor Venus and I said, freaking out. "This was actually supposed to be 'Snow White', not 'Romeo and Juliet'!" said Bulma. "SNOW WHITE!" we said. "I already told Mamoru and Usagi about it. It is indeed 'Snow White' after all." Bulma said. "Oh boy, here we go." I said. "We're both gonna have to rehearse it all over again… as 'Snow White'." Said Minako. After we redone it as "Snow White", it was perfect. So on opening night, we did great. So that is the end of this story-twisted tale.
