"Perry?" The young doctor held close to the older man, voice shaking.
"What is it, Newbie? Do the lions scare ya? I knew we should've rented Sleeping Beauty. I knew it, dammit." The older doctor said, turning to face JD.
"No, I love The Lion King. I just wanted to ask you..." JD stopped at this moment, staring into Perry's eyes with fear.
"C'mon, Annie, while we're young." Perry said, nudging JD. He smiled slightly, though his face fell when JD looked away.
"I just, wanted to ask you," JD looked into Perry's eyes, deeper and deeper, as though searching for something. "Would you mind not always calling me Newbie?"
Perry responded with a grin. "Aww, JD, you just don't get it, do you?" The older man planted a soft kiss on JD's lips, before going on. "You are my Newbie, and you will always be my Newbie. I will never stop calling you Newbie. I just can't."
"But what if-"
"Can't."
"Yeah, I see, but how about-"
"Can't."
"Yes. I know. Just listen-" JD was getting really annoyed by now. Perry had resorted to sticking his hands over his ears and singing.
"Can't hear you, can't hear you!" Perry sang.
"You're such a child." JD laughed.
"And you're such a Newbie."
