Dan Howell was hungover by the time he closed his car door. It has been a party night, just like every other night for him. He trudged in his apartment door, shared with the one and only, Phil Lester.
To capture a predator, you can't remain the pray
You have to become and equal in every way
"Were you out drinking again Dan?" Phil asked with worry in his tone.
"Why do you care?" Dan snapped at him.
Phil stayed silent. He didn't know how to respond to that. Dan, with a tiered look on his face, retreated to his room where the one thing sits that will take the pain of his broken heart away.
Splinters of my soul cut though your skin and borrow within
One, two, three cuts on his wrist. He knew Phil would never love him so why not just continue. He would rather die than live a sad miserable life without Phil loving him.
So embrace the darkness, and I will help you see
That you can be limitless and fearless if you follow me
Dan was scared to find out what Phil would do if he catches him doing this to himself. He quickly realized that he didn't care. With one final cut, he watched the blood pour out of his wrists and he fell to the floor not breathing. Phil came in to see what all the commotion was about. Right then and there, Phil ran over to Dan's lifeless body and stayed there, crying.
