Summary: Buffy encounters a picture that may explain her sister's dissapearance. Drabble. Lotr x-over.

Buffy felt faint. She had come to this blasted convention because Willow was a really big fan of fantasy.
"Buffy," Willow called.
She looked at her friend with a glazed look in her eyes. "Come here." she instructed her best friend, then turning back to the portrait.
"What is it?" Willow asked, her eyes scanning Buffy's face worriedly. She followed Buffy's gaze to the painting displayed in the glass case.
"Oh my god," she whispered. She looked at the sign next to the glass.
"Dawn and Legolass," she read aloud, "Prince and Princess of the Woodland Realm. This painting leads some to believe that mystical creatures did exist once upon a time. However, this is mere speculation. Further proof has yet to be found."
Buffy outlined Dawn's face with her finger. "She got married," she said slowly. "And she's happy."
Willow looked skeptically at her. Buffy had never really gotten better after her sister's dissapearance.
"I guess so," Willow replied. She watched as Buffy turned around and walked away from the picture, the smile never leaving her face.
