A/N: Suppose that after the accelerated pregnancy, the Debutante gives birth naturally, then dies?
"Aaahh! Aaah!" The Debutante gasped, clutching her stomach as she hunched over the bathroom counter.
"Aaaaaahh!" She heard her sister scream in the bedroom.
Seconds later, the Debutante's stomach, which had been trim and slender, started to balloon out as something moved within her.
"Aaaahh!" She screamed, backing away and falling against the wall behind her. "Aaaahh!"
In less than a minute, she looked nine months pregnant. And then, she felt something wet spill out of her between her legs onto the floor.
"Aaaurgh!" She groaned, feeling whatever was inside her trying to get out of her.
Trying to crawl to the door, she moved away from the wall and toilet, but couldn't get far enough as another jolt of pain hit her between her legs.
"Aaaahh!" She cried out as this feeling of pain intensified. "Aaaahh!"
Something wet and round emerged from between her legs, slipping onto the floor.
"Aaah…aah…" She groaned, losing consciousness, and the last sound she heard was a baby crying.

Patrick stepped out of his car on his late mother's estate, escorting two young children towards a barn, emotionless and devoid of any sense of awareness.
In the trunk of his car were the boys' mothers, which would be buried somewhere at a later time, both the victim of an unnatural pregnancy and natural birth.
