I'm insanly bored. I haven't slept. So instead of trying to sleep, I wrote this. Hope you like it.
Today was a new day!
Nothing bad had hit Shuggazoom, yet. And the others were still sound asleep, taking the little time they had to catch some Z's.
But for one monkey, a walk in the Park sounded lovely. No people around, peaceful, birds just awakening with their soft music.
He needed to reflect on things past. So when he reached a shaded tree, he took his pose and closed his eye's.
Chiro was getting so grown up. Now at the age of fifteen, he has done well and will do more wonderous things. He still remember the first couple days he and the teen awoke. Chiro didn't have a lot of self-asteam. Now he was starting to get a big head. Understandable, he is only fifteen and young boys can get ahead of themselves.
Nova, she has been a great Master. She has been through so much and yet she doesn't let it get her down. That's what Antauri likes to see in his team. She and Sparx will hopefully confess soon. He notice Sparx has been trying hard.
Otto the humorous monkey, he has no clue yet he knows more about machinery then anyone. He's smarter then he leads on.
Gibson has been a great friend. Someone to talk to, although sometimes he can get carried away, he is a great sciensist.
Sparx, he has grown these past years. Not in sizes, more in spirit. He's sometimes acts more like a kid then Chiro, but, he does try his hardest to do what is needed of him. He is a great pilot, maybe they should give him a little more credit. He might have his jokes, but what is a team without its joker? He is only being himself.
Antauri opened his eye's a looked around. The city has grown as well. New buildings and people.
A sleepy yawn came and Antauri looked to see Chiro walking up.
"Hey Antauri.." Chiro yawned, "... Whatcha doing all the way out here?" He asked.
"Thinking of things past.."
"Why? It's a new day, why dwell on the past?"
"I'm not dwelling on the past, I'm simply thinking of how everything has grown." Antauri showed his soft smile.
"Like what?" Chiro was now more curious then ever.
"Of how you have grown, of how Nova has grown, and the rest of the team has grown."
Chiro didn't fully understand, but he knew his never would when it came to Antauri, "C'mon, the guys are all awake and I don't wanna miss all the waffles before Otto eates them all again.." Chiro joked with a grin. Antauri nodded and stood and walked back with Chiro to the Super Robot.
I really don't know where that came from. Seriously, I just got over a really bad cold and I just needed to write something down. This was one of those 'out of the blue' oneshots. It was gonna be a SparxNova thing, but I wasn't feeling romantic. Ugh, I need to go buy a romance book.
