Beware the Elf in High Dudgeon

"Some brother you are, Sam, standing there laughing! I just took a belt to the mouth," grumbled Dean. He poked at his sore lip with his tongue.
"Yeah, from a grandma who was all of an inch or two under five feet tall. She had to pull a chair over to reach you!" Sam dissolved into another fit of laughter.
"Yeah, well, I didn't find it nearly as funny as you certainly seem to."
Sam made an effort to control his giggles and held up his hands placatingly. "Sorry, sorry. But, Dean, c'mon—she—she was dressed as an elf!"
