I took breaths of the brittle winter air.

"Harry!" I shouted. I heard the sound of movement, or maybe I was imagining it. Then, I felt another tug pull at my hair. I whipped around quickly and but found no one.

"Harry! Stop hiding!" I couldn't help but giggle as I spoke.

Placing my hands on my hips and I tried to look for footprints in the freshly fallen snow. No luck, Harry has had that cloak for too long, and knows all it's faults. He knew exactly how to cover up anything the cloak didn't.

Very well, if I can't see him, how would my sense of sight help me?

"What are you doing?" I heard him reply somewhere to my left.

"If I can't see you-" I made my way toward the voice, "-then why bother having my eyes open?"

"You are going to trip and fall."

"A chance," I paused slightly while I searched blindly, "-I am willing to take."

I stopped walking when I did not hear Harry respond. I stood still for a moment and allowed the calm winter day to cast its spell upon me.

The air nibbled at my numb nose and cheeks with cold teeth. The world smelled of ice, strong, and sharp- yet odorless. I perked my ears for the slightest of noises, a carelessly taken breath, or a change in wind…

I withdrew my wand as quick as I could and shot a simple, harmless stunning spell.

I opened my eyes and found Harry lying on the floor. Or I should say an arm, a shoulder and his head. The invisibility cloak was still covering most of the left side of his body.

I ran to him, I couldn't help but smile.

I saw him crack a grin, he looked so goofy with that grin and his glasses askew.

"You caught me." He said.

I knelt down beside him and planted a soft kiss on his cheek.

"You knew you couldn't hide from me forever."

Harry laughed.

"I went easy on you."

"Oh?" I said lifting an eyebrow. I eyed him and took aim.

"GINNY!" He yelled.

I could tell Harry was having trouble breathing, his stomach probably hurt, and he could hardly move.

"Ginny… please…"

I was on his stomach tickling his ribs. I laughed along side him, even though he wasn't tickling back.

"Do you Harry Potter, accept defeat?" I asked momentarily pausing.

Harry looked at me and smirked.

"Never will I, the great Harry Potter, accept defeat!" He said in a bold voice as soon as he caught his breath.

"Very well, you bring about your own suffering." I replied in an equally bold voice.

I continued to tickle him until somehow, we both lay exhausted in the snow. I turned over and laid my head on his chest. I could feel his powerful heart beat.

"Ginny, You know I love you, right?"

I closed my eyes and smiled into his sweater. Harry Potter, since he entered the wizardry world, had gone through so much, and had been victorious on many occasions. Even defeated He-Who-Must-Be-Named. But I, Ginny Weasly had captured his heart.

I guess I laid there in my thoughts for too long, because Harry began to stand up.

"Ginny?"

"Oh, yes Harry."

I couldn't help but shiver as we stood up. Harry gave me on of his warm smiles.

"Your cold lets go inside."

He turned to walk inside but I placed my hand on his shoulder to stop him.

"Harry?"

"Yes?"

"I love you too."

And with that I pressed my lips onto his, and savored his soft warmth, the way he ran his hand through my dark red tresses. Just the feeling of being there with him-

I hate my brother.

"Oi! Enough with the snogging! Mum says to come inside and eat!"

Harry turn to look at his best mate, my brother, standing in the doorway of my home.

"Ronald! Leave them alone!" Hermione came up behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "You guys finish up and then come inside."

She stood on her tiptoes and gave Ron a kiss on the cheek.

"Close the door, it's causing a draft."

Ron shut the door, his ears were a mild red.

I looked at Harry and sighed.

"Time to eat."

He held out his hand an escorted me to the inside.
