Author's note: Um... not any particular pairing in this, but I suppose it could be about Kagome and Inu-Yasha. Either way, I hope you all like it. It was one of many poems I wrote, so please tell me what you think.
In my own world I can dream
I can make this place a reality
I'd never have to venture outside
Just believe I have a new life
But what happens when it all falls apart?
Go back to my time and slowly drift away?
No one would care if you ever existed
Crumble to ashes and just fade away
I see things that you don't even know
But we're the same in many ways
Keeping to ourselves and hiding away
Showing little emotions makes the pain go astray
But always and forever my heart is true
It says that I will always always love you
Even in the worst of times
Even in the best of times
We all have to believe that love is the light.
