(Hermione's POV)

Hermione's gaze slowly drifted to the Slytherin side of the potions classroom. Her gaze suddenly was met with these beautiful blue-grey eyes. Hermione was surprised to see that these eyes were none other than Draco Malfoys'. Hermione saw how his eyes quickly averted hers and looked back up to the potions teacher. Was he watching her? "Why?" she thought to herself.

(Draco's POV)

"Shit," Draco thought to himself, "Did she see me?" Draco averted his eyes from Hermione's dark, chocolaty, brown eyes. He didn't want to, but his family would never have let him date a muggle-born. He waited until he could see her start to turn around to pay attention to Snape, their potions teacher and his godfather, before he looked back over the the Gryffindor golden princess. She had curly, brown hair that bounced while she walked. Draco thought that she was beautiful, inside and out. She was so smart. Draco was still daydreaming, thinking about her features; her brilliance, when Snape hit is desk. Draco jumped and looked around the classroom; nobody was there. "Mr. Malfoy, meet me in my study for "detention"," Snape said coldly, "you zoned out. I will write Flitwick to excuse you for being late so you will not receive another detention.
