It was a really, really cold day in winter. Harry, Hermione, and me were heading through Stone circle on our way to Hagrid's Hut. We had to talk to him. This was our second to last day at Hogwarts. We had t say a proper goodbye. We met him inside his little adobe.
"Hagrid?" Harry asked. "Are you crying?" All three of us were on his little sofa watching him sit by the fireplace. "Um..no," he sniffled. I laughed. "I can't believe we're leaving!" Hermione half-screamed. "We've been going to hogwarts for so long.
"Now don't you start getting all emotional Hermione," I said. "It's wierd!" Harry chuckled. Hermione even had to giggle. After all, she giggled at everything I said to her.
THE NEXT DAY
We were all bording the Hogwarts Express on our way home. We found a nice empty booth and Harry, Ginny, Hermione, and me sat in it. We all were really quiet and gave each other very strange looks. Ginny thought this was funny and laughed. Harry did too. He did everything Ginny did. "I don't wanna go home," Hermione said. "It just feels to wierd!" We all nodded. Indeed, it did feel wierd. "Bloody Hell!" I gasped. "What is it, Ron?" Harry asked me. "Hermione has a huge zit on her nose!" I half-yelled. "WHAT?!" Hermione shrieked. "Kidding!" Ron said. Harry and Ginny giggled. Hermione playfully punch my arm. "Ow!" I said in fake-pain.
Yes, we could all admit it felt really wierd to be going home. We would all see each other though. Harry and I were best friends, Hemione and I were dating, and so were Harry and Ginny. Yes, we would all see each other often. But, no, we would never, ever, ever forget our school-lives at Hogwarts. And, we were all really grateful for fate, it brought us all to meet each other as first years. We were also all grateful for friendship, because that was what kept us together thorugh our many years of living. And, we were mostly grateful for...love. Because, without it...we wouldn't have the wonderful hearts that exist within us today.
"Hermione," I said as I met Mum and Dad at the car. She looked at me. "Goodbye," I said. And, I lightly kissed her cheek.
