It was a sunny day in Calgary, jack was turning out his paint in the pasture and all of a sudden…..

Jack's Pov

I felt pain as i dropped to the floor and clutched my heart. On the ground it looked as if nobody could see me. I worried that if I couldn't get up, how was I to get to the family nor the the hospital.

I tried standing but the pain just increased. I tried many times after but lost hope after I couldn't breathe. As my body started to become numb and I couldn't feel a thing. The pain started to ease and I thought I was going to become unconscious, the horse started trotting over here. I urged him on and said " atta boy, come on, lay down, you got it". I coaxed him to lay down next to me and heaved myself on his back. With much struggle I coaxed him up and lead him to the house completely not able to walk. Seeing Lou outside my heart leaped. " Lou, heart, need hospital" and with that I became unconscious.

Lou's Pov

Seeing grandpa faint on the horse, I yelped and went and helped him off. I drove him to the hospital while in the distance I see Amy calming grandpas horse. We arrive and I ask our doctor,

Doctor Virani if it was a heart attack.

" Yes, but thank goodness it was a minor one" she replies.

" How was that minor" I say raising my voice slightly.

" Because if his age, if he had more than category 3, he would have died" she says sternly.

Amys Pov

" Ty I'm scared" I say pacing the loft.

He walks towards me and wraps his arms around me,

" everything is going to be fine, jacks tough".

He kisses me softly, I return the kiss as he leads me to the bed. He gently lays me down, legs intwined we spend the rest of the night cuddled together.

In the morning I look across to the other side of the bed, not seeing Ty I get up and follow my nose. I smelled a delicious breakfast.

" What's this" I ask ty.

" I knew being stressed is bad for Ally, so I made you breakfast" he says looking at my baby bump.

Everyone (Pov)

Granpa comes back cleared from the hospital finally making everyone relax. Especially Lisa. From now on they were all going to make sure Grandpa was near people when working with horses, which annoyed Jack very much.
