Prologue

Robin yawned and got out of bed, he got his mask to cover his blue eyes, his suit, and belt. He walked out of his room, heading to the training room like always until he bumped into someone.

"Ouch, Beastboy! You have to-" he was cut off by seeing it was not the green changeling, it was the alien princess Starfire.

"Oh! Star! I'm sorry!" Robin said.

"It is okay Friend Robin, it was my accident I should be apologizing I was not keeping my eyes on where I was walking." She answered with her still off on her up to date English.

"I wasn't looking either Star." Robin said scratching behind his head, truth be told that Starfire was his best friend, the person he trusted most. He'd never blame Starfire for anything.

Never.

"Oh, well, um..." Starfire stumbled, which was normal when she is nervous, "Pleasant morning?" She asked.

Robin chuckled inwardly careful not to insult the 'new to English' Alien. "Good morning to you too Star."

"Oh! I meant to speak the word you use as 'good' I never get that right!" She said jokingly adding a cute giggle at the end.

Robin smiled, he loved talking to Starfire alone, unless she was angry with him (which rarely happens), whenever he talks to her when Cyborg, Raven, and Beastboy are around. He has to hold back, or he will be teased for life. Starfire never really understood the teasing they do. She also always got confused of why he got so cranky or nervous afterwards.

"Are you joining us to break the fast Robin?" Starfire asked with innocence.

"Well, I was going to do some training this morning... But, I am quite hungry." Robin said, and with saying that, his stomach growled at him. Starfire and him started laughing as they walked to the door of the living room/kitchen.

As the sliding door opened, they finally stopped laughing. Then a familiar shout was heard...

"To-fu!"

"Meat!"

Ah, yes, Beastboy and Cyborg are at it again. Fighting over what to make. It was always normal for the short green changeling and the metal teenager to fight. Over almost everything.

"Heck no! I've BEEN some of those animals!" Beastboy augured.

"Well, meat tastes better then that yucky to-fu!" Cyborg argued back.

"Can it ever just be quiet for once?" Everyone's head turned to see Raven floating and reading a book like always, but has an annoyed expression on her face.

It was silent, before they all bursted out laughing. (Expect Raven of course)

"Dude! That cracks me up!" Beastboy called out.

"Nice one Raven" Robin called out as well.

All they got from Raven was a sigh. After the laughing had died down, they call started to get breakfast.

"What would you like lil' lady?" Cyborg asked Starfire. She had decided to stop eating her own food and eat the way everyone else did. Only sometimes would she get some food she ate on her planet.

"I would enjoy the pan of cakes, friend Cyborg." Starfire said politely.

Before Cyborg could get started, the alarm went off.

"Trouble." Robin stated.

Cyborg ran to the computer, "This is a new one, on Main Street." Cry both called.

"Alright, Titans-"

That's when he woke up, gasping for air.

Um R&R please no flames.
