Random drabble. What if Jack had to wear a dress? This has NOTHING to do with the "Before I Die" story, mind you. Disclaimer: I don't own POTC or any f the characters. If I did... nevermind.
Arabella shoved a dress in Jack's direction. "If ye want to be able to go into Port Royal without being recognized," She said, "Yer gonna have to be disguised... as a girl."
Jack took the dress held it up to himself. "Seriously?"
"Yes," Arabella pushed Jack down the Barnacle's steps that went belowdecks and shut the door.
"Bugger," Arabella heared Jack mumble from the other side of the old door. He yelled, "I don't even know how to put this thing on!"
Arabella rolled her eyes. "Do you want me to go in there?"
"Uh, NO."
"I thought so."
Arabella waited next to the door for a while.
"Ready," Jack said, pounding his fist on the door. Arabella opened the door to find Jack- still in his normal clothes- throwing the dress in her face.
"There is no way you're making me look like a girl," he stated. Arabella took the dress off her head. "Fine." She sighed.
Jack gave her one of his winning smiles. "I knew you'd give in."
With a quick motion of her hands, Arabella shoved the dress back at Jack and shut the door on him- again.
Jack groaned. He said, "Just know that you'll pay for this! Ew- is that a corset? Ewww!"
"I'm aware."
Time passed. Arabella waited silently, watching the seagulls fly above the ocean. More time passed. Finally, with a heavy sigh, Jack walked out the door.
Arabella looked him up and down, paused for a second, and burst into laughter. Jack scowled. "What, did I put it on wrong?" he questioned angrily.
"No," Arabella replied, "I just didn't think ye'd look so much like a girl!"
"Yeah, well, this is just bloody embarrasing. Worse than the time Fitzy and I pretended to be girls so we could get past those guards in New Orleans. How do you even breathe in this?"
"We can't."
"No wonder. It's itchy too. Let's just get this going-into-Port-Royal thingm over with, Savvy?"
"Yeah, but hold on one second." Arabella stepped back. "Did ye put paper down your dress?"
Jack screamed, "Damn it! How'd you know!?" He quickly ran back belowdecks, red-faced.
