Happy Early Christmas!
Piper walked along the streets of Manhattan with her two bodyguards, her father Tristan Mclean the famous actor insisted the world was a dangerous place. It was almost Christmas and she wanted to go out in the real world without bodyguards.
She wanted to know what it felt like to be normal for once, she wants to be known for something that isn't her dad, she doesn't want to be known for the daughter of Tristan Mclean her entire life.
And this is her one chance, to finally have a normal life. But of course her dad had to ruin it and make sure she had protection if her dad really wanted her to be safe, why not have himself come? Oh right, he was too 'busy'. She needed to lose her them quick, so she quickly turned a corner, and another, and soon she just began to go in circles.
After she was beginning to go dizzy, so she quickly turned into an alleyway. Checking to see if they were gone, she panted. She had finally lost them. Piper began to walk out of the alleyway. Closing her eyes, she smelt something... She walked closer, leaning closer trying to find out what that smell is.
That's when she slammed into something or someone. She yelped and opened her eyes, hot coffee was spilt all over her ski jacket, "I'm so sorry!" a voice came, Piper held a giggle when she saw who bumped into her.
It was a boy around her age who had cropped blonde hair. But that was not what she was laughing at, the boy wore yellow star glasses.
"No, it's okay. I wasn't looking where I was going." Piper apologized but couldn't stop staring into his memorizing blue eyes and his star glasses. "Here," The boy said putting his hand in his pocket pulling out paper towels and handed them to Piper. She gladly took it wiping the hot coffee off, "I'm Piper" "Jason." "Well, Jason, why don't I buy you another coffee?" Piper smiled looking up at him. "I couldn't..." Jason hesitated but nodded anyway. "It's a date." Piper grinned pulling Jason along to the nearest coffee shop.
And to this day, every time Piper saw someone wore yellow star glasses she would always think of him, Jason.
THE END
The reason I'm putting this up early is A) it's for a contest and B) I might not be able to put a story up for Christmas...
Merry Christmas or any other holiday you celebrate!
