Once he's done it for a while, he stops and wait for the abstinence symptoms to start to show. Then he gets her in a close space and offers giving her cocaine if she shuts up about it and cover for him when he needs it.
ONLY the first time is free, every time after that, he starts making her do more and more things to earn it.

Santana had not slept or really eaten in two days and she didn't even feel like she was missing anything. Only one person knew the true cause of her insomnia, Brody. Santana had been a thorn in his side since the moment she had moved in. It was two weeks ago that she had told Rachel that he was a drug dealer, she had no proof though. He was lucky that Rachel was overly trusting so now two weeks down the line it's almost completely off her radar.
Santana did not realize that she had the proof of Brody's bad deeds sitting in her medicine cabinet. Every morning she uses her nasal spray for her allergies. As of late she has been getting nose bleeds and headaches more often so she started using it before going to sleep as well. What the girl does not realize that she was only making it all worse with every spray.
While Santana was at Coyote Ugly Brody went into her bathroom and liberally poured cocaine into the nasal spray. He knew this would make her body suffer from confusion; he really wanted the bitch to suffer. All the while he played the role of doting boyfriend and acted like the best and most courteous roommate. Santana was not having any of it and constantly made that fact known.
