Mitsuo Seikichi is apart of the Seikichi Clan. Like the Inuzuka Clan, the Seikichi work with animals, except theirs is cats, making the two clans rivals. However, the Seikichi Clan take on the personalities of cats, such as being more skilled in spying and deception, and being naturally sly. Mitsuo isn't like her clan in one way - she doesn't hate the Inuzuka Clan.
