This is a poem I did mainly as a tribute to the ninja in general. I guess I was mainly inspired by the Konoha ninja's in mind, when you read the last line. But Sand under Gaara's rule could be thrown in there, too, I guess. Whatever, it's a tribute to the ninja of Naruto. XD Enjoy!
A Ninja's Story
Kunai fly- whizzing through the air
Jutsus faster than eyes can blink
There is no time to stand and think
Winning or losing? Feel despair
A medic comes to help repair
Your many wounds, hands you a drink
To replace blood- yours falls like ink
The paper is the war-zone where
War that is fought with morning light
Death in battle is their glory
War machines- a ninja's story
Fight through day and fight through night
Not stopping 'til they win the fight
From light to dark, clean to gory
Timeless war- a ninja's story
They'll fight what's believed is right
The greatest sacrifice they'll make-
Giving their life for other's sake
Another attempt at Italian Sonnet. How did it turn out? Please R&R and let me know! Thanks!!
