It was a beautiful night. The stars were shining and there was a full moon. She loved the was because it was peaceful, silent and most of all it reminded her of him.
After all these years, she was still in love with him. She tried forgetting about him, but it was no use, her heart would always belong with him. When he left, her heart was shattered, she was crying for days, not eating, not even sleeping. But after a few days she went back to normal. Everyone was surprised. It was no secret that the pink-haired girl was completely devoted to the Uchiha. But they had thought that it was just a crush, since practically every girl in the academy had a crush on the Uchiha, fangirling on him whenever they got a chance . When they were put on the same team,she had been ecstatic, but he hadn't been what she'd imagined at all. Kind, helpful, basically a knight in shining armor (okay, maybe she had been lying to herself), but instead he had been arrogant, egotistical, a jerk and the list goes on. But as time passed by, the more they bonded as a team, the more she proved that it was just a mere crush.
Anyway, let's get back to the story...
Several years have passed and Konoha was at peace. Naruto finally became Hokage, he was now married to Hinata after much persuation from the Hyuuga clan especially from her dad and Neji.
After months of dating Sai finally had the guts to propose to Ino. Neji and TenTen also got married, same goes for Shikamaru and Temari, though it seems like Temari had been the one to propose instead of the other way around since it was too "troublesome" as he had said. Kiba and Shino were still single though, to which Naruto had kept on teasing them about every chance he got which always ended up in a fight but he stopped once Sakura punched him to next month. Sakura was the only one not married or dating. Ino had tried setting her up with various of blind dates, but she had turned them all down. She had only stopped harassing her when she said that she could properly get a date on her own to which Ino had snorted at but one glare had been enough to finally leave her alone.
It wasn't like Sakura was ugly, no, quite the opposite has beautiful cherry blossom hair just past her shoulders, stunning emerald eyes thet sparkled in the sun, even more so when smiled, a slender, curvy body that any woman would kill for, smooth, fair skin and legs that could go on for miles. She even has her own fanclub now, in which she swore she would kill the very person who thought of the idea.
But right now let's see what our favorite cherry blossom is up to shall we
She was sitting by the window, the moonlight highlighting and illuminating her features making her look even more beautiful. She was staring off into space her thoughts on a certain man. But what she didn't know that the very man haunting her thoughts was in the same room with right now, her hidden in the shadows. "When are you going to come back Sasuke-kun ?", she thought out loud. "Everyone misses you, especially Naruto and me, along with Kakashi-sensei of course". She sighed "I love you so much", she whispered, but not low enough that he didn't hear, she ran a hand through her hair, sighing for the second time. She walked back to her bedroom and drifted off to sleep, with same man still haunting her dreams.
Meanwhile, the man disappeared, but not before muttering "Don't worry Sakura, I'll come back to you, to team 7, just wait a bit more"
