The Tornado drill
A tornado drill will happen at school today so they can be safe if a tornado hits Elwood city which one did before. There parents knows a small tornado they had back in the day when they was kids. So one can happen there again someday. So the school will have a tornado drill there so they can be safe from a tornado which can hurt or kill people in fact. All the schools will have them today such as Mighty mountain and the preschool and even private school such as Glenbrook. So all them kids will be safe if they get one during school hours. We see them in school talking about it there.
"I heard we will have a tornado drill today so we can stay safe if we have one," said Arthur, "My dad told me we had a tornado when he was our age."
"I also heard we will have one today here in school as well as other schools here," said Fern, "My parents told me we did have one here back then."
"I hope it goes well here for we could get one here for it happened before," said Brain, "Hurricanes can produce tornadoes or not."
"I hope it goes good for if someone acts up will be in trouble," said Francine, "We can get tornadoes without hurricanes as well."
"I hope we do good just in case we get one here again in school hours," said Buster, "I know tornadoes can be small or even big."
The tornado drill went off and all in the class did well in it there. But some kids acted up but from other classes as in a few kids there and got detention. One was from kindergarten which is no surprise at all but also one from first grade and one in Miss. Sweetwater's third grade class. The kindergarten kid didn't get detention for she was scared but the other two should know better than that. And their parents grounded the two and the kindergarten kid was in a tornado once. So she will get some help for that tornado killed her cat and lost some stuff. We see Mr. Ratburn is proud of his students there.
"You kids did well during that tornado drill and proud of all of you," said Mr. Ratburn, "The two children got detention a boy and a girl."
"I heard that kindergarten kid was in a tornado but she lived in fact," said Arthur, "But them other two should know better than that."
"I can help her with her fear if her parents will let me in fact," said Brain, "If not me it could be Doctor Paula who could for she helped me good."
"She did a good job helping you after that hurricane we had," said Fern, "I am glad we did well even Binky here who pulled a fire alarm once."
"I did learn my lesson by helping Francine's dad in fact," said Binky, "I know i will get suspended if i do it one more time for i was told that."
