My lovely fox, Naruto
A red fox races inside the Hidden Leaf Village. Through the shadows of the back allies. An angry mob march by with lite torches. They yelled. Huffing deeply, the fox licks it's snout. Peeking. "There it is." A man said, pointing in the allies. Panicking, the red fox dashes off more into the back allies. Away from the angry villagers that were tailing him.
The red fox halts to a stop at a dead end. Looking right to left for an exit. Hearing the footsteps approaching closer and closer. He curls his bushy tail up close to him. Awaiting for his doom.
Turning from the corner of the building, they halt in their tracks. There stood a young pink-haired girl holding a garbage can. She wore a green dress underneath a greased up apron. Her pink bangs showed underneath her orange bandana. "What are you doing walking around in the back allies at this hour of the night?" She asks, turning her attention to the mob. Ice-glaring at the villagers.
"We are looking for a mischievous fox. Have you seen it?"
"Do you see a fox here?" She asks, dumpping the garbage in the bin.
"No, Miss Sakura."
Placing down the garbage can down on the sement. "I should guess not. Now, everyone go back home or I'll report this to our Hokage-sama."
The group of villagers leave the back ally. Once feeling the coast is clear. Sakura looks over at the garbage bins. "You can come out now."
The red fox peeks out from behind the garbage bin. Bending down, Sakura reaches her hand out. "Come on, don't be afraid. I won't hurt you." She assures, as the fox causiously walks up to her.
Running her hands on his fur, the fox nuzzles against her cheek. "You really are like a little Naruto, aren't you?" Sakura asks. "Hey, that's what I'll call you. Naruto." She said, rubbing the back of his ear.
The fox sniffs around the chef's kitchen. "Sakura."
Sakura closes the cupboard door that her pet fox, Naruto crawled into. "Yes, Mother?"
Her mother pokes her head into the kitchen. "It's almost closing time. Start putting the food away."
A cupboard door nearly opens as Sakura dashes over to keep it shut. She forces a smile. "All right."
Once the coast is clear. She sighs. Sakura bends down and opens the cupboard. "Naruto. Naruto." She whispers.
The fox jumps onto her as she lands on the floor. He nuzzles her wagging his bushy tail. "Oh, Naruto." She said, petting her fox. "You must be thirsty."
The pink haired girl pulls out a big bowl out of the bottom cupboard. Getting to her feet, she walks over to the sink and turns on the tap. Filling the big bowl with tap water. Placing it down, as Naruto drinks wagging his tail. Smiling, Sakura starts putting the food away.
"Sasuke. Itachi."
"Yes." The Utichi brothers bow before a shadow figure.
"Go find Kyuubi and bring me back his head."
"Yes." They said, vanishing out of sight. The person's evil laugh echoes.
Opening a door, the red fox quickly investagates the room. Sniffing all over the room. "Naruto, this is my room." Sakura starts, closing the door. The fox jumps onto her comfy bed. Circling around as he laid down at the foot edge of the twin size bed.
Slipping on her night gown, Sakura walks up to her bed. Crawling in. She laid her head down onto her pillow. Softly, petting his head, Naruto lifts up his head and starts licking her fingers. Her hand scratches his chin as she softly falls fast asleep. Nuzzling her hand, Naruto pushes his snout and head underneath her hand. Closing his eyes. Resting peacefully, unaware of the dangers of what is still to come.
