There was a peaceful blankness. It was one of the few moments of peace he had, short-lived but filled his mind with blessed silence. The voices stopped and the color fled, nothing but white filling his vision. He reveled in it, finally able to rest, to get away from the voicesloudredscreamsbloodfiredestructionstopStopStop!

It started again, wouldn't leave him alone, haunted every moment he had. He couldn't move, couldn't breath. Pain set every nerve of his body on fire. Did he even have a body, was he dead? Was he forced to exist like this? Was it his punishment, for being weak, so weak, for not being able to stop it? What was it?

There were flashes of pictures, scenes that played like a movie, fleeting but there. There was silver, green, black, blue, voices that wouldn't stop. Firescreamsblood.

"We're friends right?" blue eyes, a large grin. Who was he? Why couldn't he remember?

Another memory. Green eyes, staring at him, falling falling. A foreign feeling surged through him, choked him with its bitterness. Hate?

More pain. His bones shattered, skin sliced, muscles ripped. Taken apart like a broken puppet. StopithurtsITHURTS!

His mind whirled in confusion. Why was he here, why wasn't anyone stopping this?

In a moment of clarity, he remembered. He was Cloud. And Sephiroth, sephiroth burned everything, killed veryone. His mother, Tifa, they were deaddeaddead!

Zack! Where was Zack? Zack was with him but where was he now? Was he dead too?

And then he could feel it, the needle sliding underneath his skin. He could feel the liquid entering his bloodstream. And all he could feel was pain. His blood was boiling and his skin crawled and it was hot, so hot, and he knew his body would explode.

He could feel himself slipping back into that white haze and all he was aware of was the foreign entity coursing through his body and the hurtpainagony it caused.

He arched off the steel table and a scream erupted from his throat.

He shattered into a million different pieces. Like the reflection of a broken mirror, he shattered.

After more than a year, I'm back!

Well, this was just a little drabble that I ended up writing about three weeks ago during school. It was suppoed to be ambiguous and I loved how it started out. But for some reason, the ending turned out how it is. Anyways, hoped you enjoyed!
