Chapter 1:Nothing But Trouble
I hooded my jacket on my head, placed my hands in the pockets. "Wow! Its freezing outside" I thought as I headed to the entrance of the house. "Hey Jade!" Emily greeted as she held my hands."Hey Emily" I smiled. "Jade! Your Freezing Cold!" she exclaimed. I took of my jacket "I'm fine." I said as she warmed me up. Seth entered the door "Hey Ems" he greeted kissing Emily. I covered my eyes with my jacket "Really?" I thought as I peeked if they were done with the smooching nonsense, glad to see they were done as they smiled at each other. Emily approached back to me as I placed my jacket back on the table. Emily handed me a warm towel I rubbed it across my arms. It felt so warm and soothing to my cold skin, "I'll be back Jade" Emily said as she went somewhere. Seth was pouring a glass of water to his glass. I just kept silent and wrapped myself with the towel, the whole house was silent as I heard the door open I moved my sight as I saw Jacob enter the door, in time for Emily to get back from wherever she came from. Jacob stared at Seth as Seth looked at him furiously. "Hey Jake, why don't we walk through the forest for a while" I broke the silence before they would start another fight. Jake smiled "K, Jade come on" he said. We headed outside the house as we walked down the steps of the wooden stair steps. I took a deep breath "Something wrong Jade?" he asked. I hesitated 'Uhhh... No, nothing at all" I lied. He just continued walking toward the forest. I started to look for a subject to talk about "Hey Jake?." I asked "Yeah?"he answered. "Have you ever wondered why I can't transform into a werewolf?" I said. "Well...I did wonder,why you can't transform" he said
