First
The first hour after Sammy died, Dean held his brother, and sobbed bitterly.
His first thought after Sammy died was, I failed him, Dad.
Dean carried his brother for the first time in a long time, and he laid him on a stained mattress while Bobby watched with mournful eyes.
For the first time, Dean bore his soul to his baby brother; who wasn't there to witness it.
The first time Dean prayed to God was that night, and when he got no response, he went to the crossroads. There he made his first, and only, deal with a demon.
