It was just a normal morning getting ready for work when Molly looked out the window and saw the snow falling from the sky. With a smile she picked up her phone.

"Hello *cough cough* I'm not feeling well this morning. *cough* I think I will be fine in the morning *cough* but not completely sure." She told her boss once he picked up the phone. After her boss telling her to hurry up and feel better because that mad man that works with the police is too annoying for him to have to deal with, they hung up.

"Now to make some hot coco and find a book." Molly said to herself quietly moving into the small kitchen area of her apartment. While she was waiting for the water to heat up she looked at her books trying to pick one out. "Hm not in the mood for Harry Potter or the Hunger Games. Wildwood is good but I really don't feel like reading that either. I have been meaning to try that Game of Thrones series. But maybe not that either." Molly went back to the kitchen still trying to decide what to read while she made her hot coco.

"You know I think I might try that Alice in Zombieland book that I got in that gift exchange last year. I guess it could be good." Having finally decided on a book Molly started looking for a blanket and got her fireplace going with a small fire.

After an hour or so Molly noticed that the fire had gone down a bit and that she now had cold coco. "I guess I should throw another log on the fire." Molly muttered to herself as she stood up and stretched. Walking into the kitchen she saw her Toby looking at his dish in disgust that there was nothing in it.

"Oh I am sorry Toby. Here who wants some tuna?" Molly asked the cat as she lightly petted his head on her way to the cupboard with the tuna. After she got the tuna in the dish and made herself a new cup of hot coco she went to get another blanket to cuddle under while reading.

"You know Toby this Zombieland book is rather interesting. I think I will have to get the next book when it comes out." Molly told Toby as she curled back up on her big poufy chair with her blankets and hot coco.

That night when Molly was cleaning up her phone went off from a text.

Have fun on your snow day? -SH

"Of course he only knows me a couple of years but he knows that the first snow storm of the season that I call in and stay here to read." Molly told Toby with a smile that Sherlock even thought to ask how she was.

It was fine Sherlock thank you for asking. –Molly

It was just a couple of seconds before there was a reply.

I mentioned to John why you were not at the morgue and he said that he hoped you had a nice day and really were not sick. –SH

Well thanks no matter why for asking and I am guessing you will be stopping in tomorrow for something. –Molly

Of course very interesting murder. –SH

"Of course it is an interesting murder. Well might as well go to bed since I get to deal with the mad man tomorrow. Come on Toby lets go to bed." Molly said heading to bed.
