He was staring at her yet again. Molly Hinderson. He developed this crush on her back in the sixth grade but was always too shy to speak on it. She was amazing to him. When he finally got the courage to tell her how he felt, Fredrick got his hands on her.

He sighed to himself. Maybe he should be a jerk and go after her anyways. After all, he had his eye on her first. Back then, it seemed so great. She laughed at all his jokes. They had great converstaions...although it was about nothing. He was staring so hard and reminiscing, he hadn't seen the dogdeball coming at him.

"Ronnie!Watch out!" someone yelled. Too late. "WHACK!" The ball hit him square in the face and he fell with a thud. "OUT!Hahaha" someone on the other team yelled high-fiving a teammate.

Ronnie looked over again at Molly. She had a look of concern on her face as she watched him get up. It was so cute to him, he had to smile. At that, she smiled too and giggled.

He dusted hisself off. The teacher blew the whistle. "Okay class is change" the teacher said in his husky voice.

Ronnie ran to catch up with Molly when they headed down to the locker rooms. She giggled. "Sorry you got 'd that even happen? You're like, the best player" she said turning serious. Ronnie blushed. He decided it was time.

"Well,I was inticed by your beauty" he said staring straight ahead knowing he was blushing hard by now. Molly looked surprised then giggled. "" she said.

Attempt failed. That made him feel more determined. "I'm serious.I've never seen a girl more beautiful than you" he said looking her right in the eye.

To avoid any further embarrassment, and perhaps rejection, he went ahead to the boys' locker room. Molly kept walking replaying the moment in her head, then a smile slowly spread across her lips.

Molly rushed upstairs when the bell rang. She didn't really know how to face Ronnie again. She felt it would be too awkward. Maybe he was kidding? Yea...he had to be.

She ran to her best friend nearly knocking her over. "Linda!!!" she yelled in her ear panicking. Linda pushed her back a little. "OMG what's wrong with you?" Linda said looking at Molly as if she had lost it.

"Ronnie...kinda...sorta....hit on me!" Molly blurted out. "Ewwwwwwww!!!" Linda said. "I know right" Molly replied with no emotion. "What did you do?" "Nothing really.I just said sure" "Stay away from wouldn't like that"

"I wouldn't like what?" Fredrick said walking up. "Oh, we were discussing gifts" Linda said saving Molly and Ronnie. "Oh.I wanna gift?"

Valentine's Day was coming up so the gift thing was easily buyable. "Um roses...I'm bad at thinking of do you want?" Molly asked playing it off like an actress. "It dont I have the perfect thing in mind for it's a surprise" he said smiling. The late bell rang and they all ran off to class.

Ronnie felt a rush after semi-explaining his feelings to Molly. He still wanted to say more to make her get the point. He looked next to him to Molly's other friend Sarah.

He threw her a note. She read it and looked at him for a moment. After a while she nodded, scribbled on the paper, and gave it back. It had Molly's cell number. He smiled then did a happy dance in his head. Ronnie stored her number in his phone. he decided it would be best to wait until after school to text her. He was going to get out all of his feelings and make her his.

It was all or nothing.
