The sun rose on my cheeks, the warmth making me glow. An arm was clasped protectively behind my back and the events from last night swept back to me, I smiled. I am now America Schreave, queen of Illea. I remember how Maxon danced and the ceremony which was absolutely unforgettable, not to mention the reception.

I gently removed the covers from myself and stood, hovering over Maxon before whispering sweetly in his ear, "wake up sleepy head" He smiled, "did you have to wake me?" He asked, playfully. "I'm just excited for our first day of being married" I replied and I was but I was anxious to find out what he found out and I'm not sure I'm used to the idea of ruling the country, but at least it's with him. I love him so much.

He sighed sarcastically, "well, then I guess your way too excited to go on our honeymoon" he teased, looking at me with innocent eyes. "Maxon Schreave, how dare you say such a thing" I say, dramatically flopping on the bed. We broke out laughing at our ridiculous attempt at being a normal couple. I love how honest and true this feels, I love so many things, I feel ridiculous but that's just me.

"Well that didn't work" he said between laughs. "Sorry" I said, "I just can't believe it" I whispered, twirling a piece of hair around my finger innocently. Just then a knock came on the door. "Come in" Maxon called, and a guard walked in, "your majesties, your plane has arrived" he said with a bow.

"Okay, we'll be right there" Maxon replied and the guard nodded in response, leaving the room.

We got dressed and headed to the plane with our bags, "can you at least tell me where we're going?" I asked sweetly, "sadly, no, my beautiful wife you'll have to wait." He said with a devilish grin.

I followed him onto the plane, and I watched the ground as the plane lifted into the air. My thoughts spun as I tried to figure out where we were headed to but my thoughts were cut short as I took in the view.

It was beautiful and I just love the feeling I get when we lift off, it makes me feel like I'm flying.

I stared out the window in wonder as the ground passed by. I slowly drifted off into sleep, only to be awoken by the slight drop as the plane started to descend.
