Chapter 1

It's been a long time since I sacrificed my soul to become the great seal. I wondered how everyone has been. Are they living happily? Did they remember me? ' I wonder if Junpei the comedian, Yukari the friendly, Mitsuru-senpai the one who discipline us with her execution, Akihiko-senpai the boxer, Ken the boy who thinks like an adult, Koromaru the dog with kind heart, Fuuka the shy girl and Aigis the kind android who looks and acts like normal human. It brings back memory. I miss them so much. My friends… along with Igor and Elizabeth who are supposed to be in the velvet room.' I smiled.
Suddenly I felt a presence. I looked back and saw Elizabeth there. "Elizabeth? Why are you here? You're not supposed to be here." I said to her. She nodded to me and answered me, " It's okay. I will free you from this seal. You deserve your life." I tried to fight back but she stopped me. Then I felt myself pulled out I called out, "ELIZABETH!" and saw her in the seal. But as soon as I saw her, I felt Nyx trying to escape. I tried to warn her when I suddenly felt hurt as if something was blended up with my soul. I was soon overcame by the pain and fainted.
I opened my eyes and saw myself in a complete different place. I saw Igor, a boy with silver hair and a lady wearing the same clothes as Elizabeth but her hair was golden. They spotted me. Igor spoke first, "My, my. It seems Elizabeth manage to free you from the seal with her own soul. Well, so let's start this again. Welcome to the velvet room. I am delighted to be your acquaintance." I just stared at him and nodded. "Who?" I asked pointing to the silver haired boy and the Elizabeth look-alike. "Oh, this person is our new guest and that is Elizabeth's sister, Margareth." I nodded and introduced myself, "My name is Arisato Minato. Nice to meet you." The silver haired boy fixed his gaze at me and introduced himself as well, " My name is Narukami Yu. Nice to meet you too. So you are a wild card too right?" I nodded and saw Margareth glaring at me. She finaly talk to me, "So you are the boy my sister has desperately try to free. I wonder just what made her admire you like that." I didn't reply. Igor coughed and said, "It seems you can finally live peacefully. You don't have to worry about our new guest's journey." I immediately told him that I wanted to help him. He chuckled and continued to talk, "Looks like you've been interested by our guest journey. I don't mind about that. Well then I guess it's time for farewell. Don't worry you still have your persona and velvet key. If you have anything to be ask, you can come here anytime. Until next time, I will wait for our next meeting."
I opened my eyes to see Narukami stared at me. He looked shock as I stared back at him. 'Why is he looking at me like that' I wondered. He opened his mouth and asked me, "Why are you here?" I gasped and looked my surroundings. I realized that I was somewhere unknown. I questioned him, "Where am I? You seems to now this place." He then explained everything about where I am. 'I see …. I was at his uncle's house in Inaba. But, how did I came here? I'm supposed to be dead, right?' I stopped thinking when Narukami called me. "Arisato-san.. Arisato-san… Are you okay?" I nodded. Before, Igor mentioned something about Narukami's journey. I guessed I should ask him so that I could help him. "Narukami… about your journey…" He seemed to understand what I mean. He began explaining, "Well, firstly please just call me Yu."I nodded again and he explained, "Lately, we've saved Naoto and currently trying to find the murderer." My eyes widen as he said Naoto. He looked at me and asked, "Is there anything bothering you?" I shook my head. 'There's a possibility that it is her. Well, at least she's fine so it's okay.'
While we are talking about my journey, we heard someone said, "Onii-chan it's time for dinner!" Yu gasped and was thinking hardly. I called him yet he didn't seem to realize it until a brown haired little girl came in and looked at me. "Onii-chan, is this your friend?" Yu nodded awkwardly. I introduced myself to her, "My name is Arisato Minato. What's your name?" She smiled at me shyly hiding behind the door. "That is Nanako my uncle's daughter. She is quite shy as you see." Yu introduced her. She blushed and smiled again. "That's right the dinner's ready, right?" Yu asked her. She nodded and closed the door again. "Well, that's covered up for now. But when my uncle went home he'll be suspicious at you. He's a detective after all." Yu said again. He looked troubled. I guessed I should give him some suggestion, "How about saying that I was a new student in your school and currently having a sleepover here?" He stared at me and finally asking me about my age. I simply answered, "Last time before graduation it was 17. So since it has been 2 years, I guess it is 20 or 21." He sweat dropped and face palmed. I wondered what's wrong with him. So, I asked him if he was okay. He kept telling me it was okay but he looked troubled. We got disturbed by the sound of someone came in the house. 'It seems Yu's uncle has arrived home.' We have no choice so I immediately told him, "There's no time I guess we should stick to the "Sleepover" thing." He finally nodded.
Both of us went down and was greeted by Yu's uncle, Ryotaro. He then asked, " Is that your friend, Yu?" But Nanako interrupted, "He's oni-chan's friend, Minato. Can he stay here tonight?" We all looked at her. She wore her puppy eyes which made Ryotaro sighed in defeat. "Fine, he can stay. By the way, is he your classmate?" He stared at me. I answered, "Well, I am going to transferred tomorrow. I met him in JUNES. I asked him where to stay and he told me it's better to stay with him first. So tomorrow I'm going to stay at Amagi inn. Since Yu said that the daughter of the inn owner is his classmate." He released his stare and nodded at me. Nanako called us for dinner and after dinner I went to sleep in the futon that was set by Yu.
