Hey fanfic readers! I thought of this story a while ago, but never got the chance to write it. So I'm just going to go right into it.

Austin's POV

"Christmas isn't about the presents!" Ally exclaimed.

"Good. Because I didn't get you anything." I say jokingly. Ally glares at me.

"Kidding!" I pull out a box and a smile washes over her face. "Merry Christmas Ally!"

She opens the box, and pulls the shiny silver bracelet out.

"Aww Austin! It's beautiful!" She puts the bracelet on and hugs me. "Thank you!" We both look up and notice we are standing right under a mistletoe.

"Oh look. We're under the mistletoe again." I can tell she's trying to hide the fact that she is blushing.

"Yeah. I guess we are." I start to blush too without realizing it.

"Well rules are rules." We smile at each other and begin to lean in. When her lips finally join mine, it feels like magic. I swear I see fireworks when we release.

"Ally I….." but before I finish my sentence, Dez comes crashing into us causing me to fall backwards.

"DEZ!" We both yell.

"Sorry lovebirds." Dez brushes himself off, and leaves.

"Austin are you okay?" Ally runs towards me to help me up. At that moment, I had just realized what Dez had said. "Lovebirds. " I repeat the word in a whisper, grinning like an idiot.

"What?" Ally had just woke me up from my trance.

"Nothing. Ally, I didn't get to finish my sentence before."

"Okay. What were you going to say?"

"Well… Ally I…" I hesitate. "Ally, I think I'm in love with you."

Ally's POV

I just stare at him.

"Austin I… I don't know what to say. I thought we weren't going to get back together because it ruins our song writing?"

He grabs my hands.

"Ally, I love you. There, I said it. I will continue to love you, and I would go to the end of the world just to be with you. We'll work the songwriting thing out. Ally, I really want to be with you again."

"No one has ever said that to me before," I was starting to get emotional, but I just kept smiling. Austin really does love me.

"Exactly. Ally, being my girlfriend would literally be the best Christmas present ever. I really couldn't ask for anything more."

I smile, "Then I guess it's official." I wrap my arms around his neck, "Merry Christmas Austin, we're officially a couple again." We kiss again, but this time, it feels different, it feels right. He pulls me closer, then we release and hug. He grabs my hand, and we walk towards Trish, and Dez.

I smile, again, and look at him. "Guess we really are lovebirds."

He smiles back, "I love you."

"I love you too."
