Disclaimer: I only own Zan's new name. And a dog, but that's beside the point.

Aidan tried to tell them. He tried to tell them that he remembered what his birth parents looked like. He said that he remembered them holding him and telling him they loved him. No one believed him, not even Mom and Dad. "You were just a baby." "There's no way you could remember them", but Aidan knew better. He had always had this image of them and he knew it was them, because he was starting to look just like the man in the memory. Dark hair, same chin, same eyes, well almost. It was only the eyes that let him doubt for even a second. He had the same eyes as his dad, except Aidan's eyes were crystal blue. He'd always thought how strange this was, because the woman in the memory had brown eyes and long dark hair, but he rarely doubted that these were his real parents. He could just feel their love and there was no way that any two people who loved him so much weren't his family. His real family. The man with the dark hair and the woman with the sweet smile and him, with his bright blue eyes.
